When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

I want to complain about the dentist ( the female) if you read my review, I just want to say that I will never forgive you!! For the pain that I have, for wasting my time and for being unprofessional!! You said that I have cavities on the left side too after the x ray and when I came you said oh I was wrong it's not a cavity!! Really?? I told you that I was in strong pain I even couldn't sleep! You said you can take ibuprofen or Tylenol!! As a dentist you are supposed to do your job not asking me to take medecins instead of the filling!!!! The pain now is stronger and I went to Dr dental ( Washington Avenue) the dentist said that I have 3 big cavities and I had the filling and I will have tooth extraction too but I can not fix the 3rd one because I'm traveling but if you did it in March I will be not suffering like this!!! Thank God the guy working at Washington Avenue was professional, but you you better change your job you can be anything but not a dentist !!

This doctor dental location is absolute garbage. I went there maybe 10 months ago to get a cleaning and to start working on a bad tooth I had. When I initially went I was told that I had to get treatment for root canal on the broken tooth because it could be infected and their referral lost my information and dislocation has no idea what happened. 6 months later I follow up with my second cleaning and I get a new set of X-rays similar to my last set and I was told every couple years you're eligible for new set of free x-rays. Sounds man sketchy but I left him do the x-rays nonetheless and I need a brand new dentist not the same as the last which was very easily identified based on the last one being a woman and this one being a man. The last time I was referred to a separate dentist and somehow in some way my information was lost and never communicated between the two dentist office so after this current visit I was faced with a similar issue where I was expected to visit another location to get my dental work done. After being injected with something to numb my gums I realized this is not where I want to be and this office has a very poor way of communicating what is going to be done versus what is expected to be done.

I've been coming to this dentist for many years and I love it. Clean and professional environment. Friendly and respectful staff. They're very flexible when it comes to booking or rescheduling. I just got a cleaning done today and the dental assistant was super friendly and answered all my questions and the doctor was also very nice and professional. Highly recommend this location
