When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Everyone in the office was very friendly to help me with everything I needed show me x-rays and they didn't tell me what was going on with my teeth I would recommend them to everybody thank you. Tiffany R

I switched my family's dentist, after almost 7 years, and I must say, Dr. Dental exceeded my expectations! The Dentist was one of the most gentlest Dentists I ever experienced in my life! The Women at the front desk was so welcoming, and totally understanding, where as I was with my four children, and two of them under three! The Dentist was perfect with my two year old, who never lets us brush her teeth! Also I can't say enough about rockstar dental assistants! My family will be back in six months!!! It's the best place for keeping up with all your dental needs. Dr. Pallavi Dahake has been primarily managing the whole facility and is the best dentist we have experienced ever. She really takes care of her patients and refers to the right doctors as needed. She also has a good personality and an amicable nature that makes you feel at your best comfort by having her as your dentist. She is intellectual and posses the right experience. The front desk people are also very professional and really take care of the customers which is what is needed in this customer driven world.

Tori, the assistant was absolutely wonderful and personable and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Schafft was also super relaxed and kind. Made my first visit in a long time a positive one!

I went here for the first time after looking for a close dentist, saw these guys, went in for my first cleaning great job, then was told a care plan of some fillings and today went for two more and an extraction wow the whole process was painless, they waited till I was 100% numb then started the thing I love about them was they work as a team of two tecs and the dentist, definitely will be back thanks again , just hoped I'd found then earlier..

The office is dirty. This place went down hill. Blood stains on the floor. Not safe at all. I can only imagine what else isn't being cleaned. They are deceptive with treatment and pricing. Go somewhere where you feel safe and not lied to. We will never return.

This was the most bizarre dental experience I've ever had. The "dentist" approached the chair and stood behind me to introduce herself. I said I can't see you. She proceeded to clean my teeth with what I'm pretty sure was the drill. It was aweful. After about 3 minutes she said she was done and that the assistant was going to polish and floss my teeth. Weeell the assistant then pulled out an electric tooth brush like the one I have at home and "polished my teeth. An Absolute terrifying experience
