When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Dr Shah did her best to do a root canal, but I made her stop due to my sensitivity. We decided to pull the tooth, but unfortunately my tooth broke and I need an oral surgeon. I thank her for doing her best!

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while and was recommended to Dr. Dental by a friend. I have had to great appointments. The first appointment with the hygienist was great but I have to admit being a nervous person when it comes to the dentist that went out the door in the first 5. The dentist was awesome I can not say enough about him and his assistant. Pleasant funny caring shall I go on :) I highly recommend Dr. Dental!! Kudos to the hole crew

Came in for the first time as a new patient and the staff is so sweet. I hate the dentist and have a lot of anxiety, and my dentist and assistant calmed me down right away and made me feel so comfortable.

Overall experience was wonderful! Miya at the front desk is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Had an issue with my Insurance and she called my insurance company to straighten everything out. She acknowledged all guests that came in and used their name throughout the visit. Great customer service! Doctor was attentive and took care of my cleaning and setup a followup appointment.

Everyone was so very good at what they do. It's only the waiting time that causes me not to give a five. I still got out in 40 min. But assuredly I could have gotten out in 20 min. Yet I'm still very happy with the doctor and staff.

Dr.Jim is unbelievably the best dentist i have ever had! (Been through some Doozies!) Many of my friends go to him and I Always refer him! I was always afraid of the dentist, not w/Dr.Jim. He's just so patient and understanding and very gentle. He explains everything i wish he was around 30yrs.ago!!!

1. Front desk staff was very unprofessional. 2. Doctor assistants did not seem to know the dentistry basics. 3. My wife had her cavity removed by Dr Jim. The temporary crown was poorly placed by the lady assistant and was very uncomfortable. My wife was in a lot of pain after the numbness went away. We then went back in to get it checked and Dr Jim did not solve the problem or give good advice. Out of my frustration, I asked one last time and he finally referred me to another place to have root canal done. I had no choice but to go to another dentist that day because of immense pain. The doctor examined and we found out that the temporary crown from Dr Jim's assistant was not put on properly and the treated area from Dr Dental was not covered properly which lead to an infection. Dr Jim failed to prescribe me antibiotics to avoid an infection and neglected my health and life. I had a serious infection in my tooth that day and half of my face was swollen. Protect your life and health and NEVER trust Dr Dental of Billerica. Please read reviews and do your research before you visit any doctor.
