My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr. Travis Sorenson. He and his staff were professional and attentive. All went well. I called after hours with a question regarding medications. Dr. Sorenson answered my question and said to call again with any other questions. Good experience over all.

I gave an extra 2 stars for the assistants that assisted me through this experience. While I thought I was booking an appointment with Dr. Dedecker I was ok with the decision based on his reviews. However I did not get the privilege of meeting him. I advised the staff I had not had great dental insurance and had to rely on donated dental care in the past. They were great trying to help me relax. I lean back and they put the gas on... only it was not working great, like the hose was plugged. Then Dr. Sorensen came in... with no cares to give about the pain he was about to cause or being any kind of gentle. He pounded that needle in so hard and fast and then again and again. The rubber piece they had in my mouth made it really hard to let them know what was happening. I tried to tell him to stop but it was all just so fast and so painful it was hard to process what just happened. You would think that trying to move out of the chair would have given a clear message but again, he had no cares about the patient. The assistant was amazing, gave me water and tried to help calm me down after. He stayed to be sure I could catch my breath. They got the extraction done and I was out. For a brief moment I thought next time I will just get the anesthesia but to sit there and not be able to advocate for myself for such a horrific experience. While fixing my smile has become priority, it will NEVER be with this office.

The worst experience of my life. I showed up at the appointed time, when i was forced to wait an hour past my time, then when I get in and they numb me up im shocked to notice I'm not nearly numb enough for what's in store. I asked for more from one of the assistants but it was apparently not heard.So when they start pulling I tear up and cry out in pain, which they ignored, when I tried to stop them they just said it'd be over soon and kept going. Finally after getting most of it out the last root hurt the worst and after crying out in pain louder then before, he just said he would put more numbing agent in. Basically when he was already done. Also he cut the outside of my lip with his tooth drill.

I have been impressed with Dr. DeDecker and how he has compassion on his patients. Many of them have thanked me when they are finished with their service and have told me proudly how long they have been going here and that they have known him for a long time bringing their children here. I have been at the store in uniform picking up milk and have had people stop me and tell me how much they appreciated him and working with their family. My personal experience is that he really cares about our education. He works and trains with us every morning on emergencies just in case; but I've been told that he's never really had an emergency but it's because their biggest motto is prevention. Another big thing has been cleanliness. I appreciate his enthusiam in helping us learn and be the best we can be.

I was very nervous staying awake for my implant placement because I was sedated for my extraction. After having my implant placed i was VERY SURPRISED how easy it was!! I did not have to take any ibuprofen or Tylenol afterwards and i was treated very kind and with extra care due to be being nervous. I will be recommending my family and friends.

Staff and Dr. DeDecker are SO efficient in all that they do! They also make the office a safe place to be. He did a amazing job with my wisdom teeth removal and I would HIGHLY recommend him!

I went in for wisdom teeth removal, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The assistants were super nice and made sure I was very comfortable. Dr. Dedecker took great care and preformed the operation flawlessly. I had no discomfort and was in recovery before I knew it, where the assistants again took great care of me. Making sure I was comfortable and okay until my ride arrived, helping me in the vehicle. Thank you all so much!

Very professional and Dr. DeDecker knows teeth, inside out and backwards! His staff is super helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to his office. Plus the decor of the office is tastefully done in an old fashioned theme. Very beautiful!

I dreaded the thought of needing my wisdom tooth removed, but the process was almost totally painless. Quick, too. Dr. Dedecker literally had my wisdom tooth out in 30 seconds, no lie.

My boyfriend went here for his wisdom tooth removal, most of the nurses were nice but the one who gave him his IV messed up and missed the vain, causing a lot of pain in his arm. Normally I'm not one to write reviews but on top of that they were very unorganized and also had to put him back in surgery a second time because they missed a piece of the tooth. Would not recommend this oral surgeon and we will not be going back. Update, I called the office today and the receptionist had so much attitude. And the doctor called me about 10 minutes ago, telling me he called me at 3 o'clock, I said oh really? And checked my call log, there was no call so I let him know. He then got really defensive with me. Extremely unprofessional I'm in disbelief with this experience, if you want a good experience I would highly recommend not going to this place.
