He was one of the first dentists to utilize minimally invasive conservative techniques for the restoration of teeth and smiles. His clientele include many dentists, hygienists, and physicians seeking predictable, non-invasive solutions for their dental health. He is experienced in all phases of preventive and restorative dentistry including implants and cosmetic smile enhancement.
Dr. Doelle has experienced and excelled in many outdoor activities. He was an accomplished cross country runner in high school and continues to exercise and run on a regular basis. He has always pursued an active healthy lifestyle and is motivated by energetic activities. He also enjoys travel photography, architecture, and hiking and running Arizona trails and mountains.

Carefree Village Dentistry is proud of our experienced dental team. Everyone in our practice has been in the dental field over 20 years. They continually participate in regular advanced dental education to be on the forefront of the latest methods shown to provide optimum dental and overall health and appearance.
Generally the first member of our team that our patients come in contact with is Darci, our receptionist and scheduling coordinator. Darci has been in dentistry for 30+ years, 3 with Dr. Doelle. She is married and she and her husband enjoy putting miles on the wheels of their motor home with their 2 rescue dogs and cat.
Laurie, Dr. Doelles dental assistant has been in dentistry for 40 years. As an expanded function dental assistant she is trained and experienced in giving our patients extra care. She is married and loves spending every moment she can with her husband at their San Felipe vacation home. Together they love spending quality time wth their children and grandchildren as well as their 3 rescue dogs and cat.
Growing up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Susan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS degree in Dental Hygiene. After graduation she stayed in Arizona and has worked as a dental hygienist here improving her patients dental health and appearance for over 30 years. To stay on top of dental care and treatment Susan actively participates in the Arizona Perio Study Club.
Michele has been working in dentistry for over 30 years, 27 as a hygienist making smiles sparkle. Her easy ability to make friends allows her to give truly personalized dental hygiene care to her patients. Desiring to provide optimal hygiene treatment and make her patients comfortable Michele is certified in the use of anesthesia and dental lasers. She has also received advanced training in nutrition and holistic homecare.

I can not say enough about Carefree Village Dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and staff. They are all so super friendly and professional. Dr. Anderson is so gentle and precise and always has a smile on his face. The staff is amazing, from Darci the receptionist to Michele the hygienist, they all are a pleasure to deal with and an amazing team..

I practice a good oral hygiene due to which I hardly needed to visit any dentist. But this time I faced a problem with my wisdom tooth so I paid a visit to this dentist. He was caring and efficient. He told me what went wrong and pulled out the troubling wisdom tooth. I took antibiotics for few days and the pain subsided within few hours. I am surely going to recommend this dentist.
