Great experience at the Burke location! LHI set up my first appointment and I decided to go back for a cleaning. It is a welcoming and relaxing office - Front desk and hygienist are kind and friendly! Expect gentle hands, good conversation, and comprehensive education from Dr. E Dehyar!

Most comfortable and welcoming experience that I've ever had at a dentist office. Both Dr. Dehyar and his son are wonderful as are all the staff there.

I have been going here for several years now and I have to say its always the best experience for something that is usually not very enjoyable. The upfront staff is always great. Bothe Drs Dehyar are respond same day, send constant updates and reminders when you have a major surgery. They couldn't be nicer and more welcoming. As far as the work goes, between Dr. Dehyar's expertise and the tech they are using every procedure is super quick, painless, and ends with great results. They have the most advance technology that you can imagine. Last time I was there thy used camera to take impression instead of the old material. I highly recommend Fair Lakes Dental to anyone who's looking for great dentist.

This was the worst experience I ever has with a Dental practice.

Had an emergency and came here after I found Dr. Dehyar on yelp with good reviews. He's super nice and identified the issue I was having and explained to me what the procedure would cosist of. Very professional place and dentist. Will definitely recommend this place to my friend and family.

The procedure to take picture for the whole mouth is painful; Their dental cleaning is rough; And Their estimate price is not accurate at all, I paid the double price.

This has been the worst (and most unethical) dental experience of my life! I really wanted to like this place when I first visited them in 2018 and kept going back to them to give them more than enough chances to fix what they ruined. I finally had to stop going when the doctor implied nothing could be done to stop the pain he caused in my healthy tooth (it had a shallow filling from long ago and he suggested renewing it; before he touched it, I had no pain and I was not even there for that tooth). He also told me 5 other teeth with no pain have to get fillings otherwise they will have trouble. I trusted him and upon touching them, he caused many issues for me. None of the doctors I went to later agreed with his diagnosis and all the fillings he did had to be redone to stop the pain. The teeth I didn't let him touch are still fine and according to other dentists do not need any filling. You go there for one thing and they create 10 other "issues" for you, you admire them for discovering issues no one else noticed, you have to pay them to fix it, and then they do a careless job causing further issues. I lost count of how many times we had to drive to them and they even gave me an expired gel once to put on the gum around the tooth to reduce the sensitivity. I called and let their staff know before getting a copy of my records to go to another dentist and asked them to let their doctor know and never received a follow-up from Dr. Dehyar himself. Almost 3 years later and I am still going back to other dentists to fix what was ruined there. The staff and the doctor are nice and polite but the problem started with them greedily overbooking many patients at the same time and the doctor trying to perform everything including even the tooth cleaning himself (which in other places is done by a hygienist). He kept jumping from my bed to others in the midst of putting the filling in, hence he carelessly left air in one of my teeth. This was supposed to be a preventative measure and I ended up having to do a root canal and crown on that tooth because when after weeks of pain he finally admitted of leaving air in there, while trying to fix his mistake, he drilled too deep into my teeth and the nerve was damaged. He kept blaming my pain on my sensitivity level (which I don't have such an issue while working with other dentists) and kept sealing my tooth from outside while the problem was the damaged root caused by his poor drillIng job! When I showed my X-rays to 4 other dentists upon stopping to trust him, they all agreed the work he said was necessary on 5 of my teeth was not needed at all. He also put a crown on one of my teeth which I have to replace because it is poorly done and too big based on 4 other dentists and surgeons. I am glad I decided to stop going to him after tens of times of driving to them and a lousy sealing job being repeated to stop the pain without actually stopping the pain. He also prescribed fluoride for me which was completely unnecessary according to my family dentist and all the other dentists I had to go to in order to fix what Dr. Dehyar destroyed. Performing unnecessary procedures and prescribing unnecessary medications could be a method for making more money from a poor patient who came to a doctor for honest treatment. 3 years later and thousands of dollars spent to fix what they ruined just because I decided to trust them. I should have sued them back then since I had x-rays, documents, and other doctor's honest opinions so they would learn to treat the rest of their patients in a better way but I have been too busy trying to fix what they destroyed and I was too hurt by how much trouble they caused me that I decided to walk away for my own peace of mind. I don't know where the other positive reviews come from but l wanted to warn other people so they won't have an experience like me! There are many other doctors (maybe a little more expensive) but it is cheaper to go to them than trying to fix the disastrous job done by this office.

Quality service from the front desk, dental assistant, and of course Dr. Elham Dehyar. Literally the softest touch I never felt any pain during my recent experience. I strongly suggest setting an appointment soon! Thank you Dr. Dehyar!

I went in and I received the best service I have ever had with a dental office. Dr.Elham explained the whole process throughly about what was wrong and how we were going to fix it. I had to get a crown replacement because the last dentist which worked on my tooth did a horrible job. He gave my smile back and I can't thank him enough.

I like that the office is small. Dr Dehyar is kind, pleasant and confident in what he does. I always feel well taken care of. The office staff is professional and friendly, but do not water the plants, so the office greenery is sad. Everyone is on board with covid prevention. For some reason, maybe because I'm short, I have a hard time hearing when I'm spoken to over the front desk.

Dr. Dehyar and staff are very professional. They greet you with a smile. My check up with the doctor was amazing. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family. I would give them 5 Star Rating. Thank You. Happy New Year 2020.

Avoid at all costs! Horrible service, the dentist is not kid friendly either so if you have children, definitely avoid. If you do go, be extra careful when they ask you to sign anything at all as they try to pawn unnecessary services off on ...
