Dr. Deepak Shetty and Dr. Kavita Bhatia, are a husband and wife team providing quality dental services to Bay Area families. At the Dental Dimensions we offer a full range of general, cosmetic and advanced dental services for all ages with the ultimate goal of providing the highest customer satisfaction for you, the patient.
Having graduated in 1994, followed by Masters degrees in Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics and Orthodontics, respectively, we are proud to offer our patients over 15 years of experience. Besides having taught in dental schools, our doctors have spoken at professional meetings too. Furthermore, in constant pursuit of the amazing advancements in dentistry we have trained with world leaders in various dental subjects, especially cosmetic dentistry as we know it today. We attend frequent scientific sessions at the UOP, UCLA and UCSF. We are members in good standing of the
Dr. Shetty takes care of the general and cosmetic dental needs of our patients. His willingness to be challenged by change has allowed him to expand his services to meet the needs of our patients with new technology that embraces both his gentle touch and new advancements in dentistry. Dr. Shetty is helped by our associate dentists, who are highly qualified and experienced.
Dr. Bhatia works part time in order to be able to spend as much time as possible with their children. Dr. Bhatia concentrates on the aesthetic needs of our patients and is certified in Invisalign. She has a lot of experience working with children, especially those who fear the dentist, and is certified in Oral Conscious Sedation.
Our associate dentistsare highly qualified, experienced and caring, and also take care of our little patients dental needs. Together and with the support of an excellent and dedicated staff, they take care of your every dental need using the highest possible standards of care.
Dr. May Yoneyama received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2007. Following dental school, she further advanced her training by completing a General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Providing compassionate and the highest quality of care is the foundation to Dr. Yoneyama's practice philosophy. She has made a commitment to stay current with dental technology that will provide the greatest health benefit to her patients.
In her sparetime, Dr. Yoneyama enjoys cooking, playing the piano and is an avid runner. She also plays the violin for various orchestras in the Bay Area. She currently resides in Morgan Hill with her husband.
Michelle received her AS degree as a dental Hygienist from Tallahasse Community College in Florida. She has been working as a dedicated hygienist since 2003. She has received specialty training working with geriatric patients, Mentally challenged patients and pediatric patients. She is also certified in laser periodontal therapy since 2005. Michelle keeps up to date with continuing education in the areas of general and preventive care, sleep apnea, TMD as well as CPR. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and travelling. Michelle is fluent in Chinese.
Ruth graduated from ATI Technical Training Center inDallas, Texas, and continued her education in ROP program in Gilroy, California. She loves working in the dental field and helping people overcome their pain and anxiety. Ruth loves spending time outdoors with her three kids an her husband.
A graduate of the University of Utah, Linda works part time at the Dental Dimensions. Before working with us she worked for 21 years for Kaiser Permanente. Married, with 5 children and 15 grandchildren, Linda enjoys working at the Dental Dimensions,is a great help toeveryone, and is appreciated by staff and patientsalike!

Dr. Shetty is good no doubt! He took the time to listen in detail to my issues and addressed my concerns. I've been to several Dentists over the years so I'm quite familiar with the environment. He was professional and is very experienced. After he made his recommendations I visited other dentists for a second and third opinion and decided to accept his. I would recommend Dr. Shetty any day.

I had my first visit a week ago, I saw all the great reviews so I had high hopes. GREAT place with knowledgeable staff and Dr's. I have a very sensitive tooth that is long past due for a root canal and currently has a temporary crown on. I was in a lot of pain and they cleaned my temporary along with adhering it with nerve calming adhesive so my tooth feels a million times better. They were so kind, especially Dr.May, she dealt with my tooth without causing hardly any discomfort and was very kind throughout the consultation.

Dr Shetty is a Knowledgeable, Professional , Acute, Confident, Meticulous and Compassionate Dentist! There was a small abscess suddenly popped up on my gum in early 2017. Other dentists who assessed that I may had a fractured tooth, given the history such that I am a teeth grinder since my childhood. However, there were no dentists prior visiting Dr. Shetty were able to confirm with an absolute certainty that is the case. The abscess just would not go away after two root canals. I just did not wish to blindly go for an implant without a fight. I normally would not take doctor's findings or diagnosis without proofs. Thus, my further research has led me to Dr. Shetty and Dr. Bhatia, who is his wonderful and compassionate wife. They are both very patient and great listeners to my detailed status report on the abscess and the troubled tooth. When the same question is brought up during the visit, how he he can prove that that tooth was fractured. Dr. Shetty offered me the 3-dimensional x-ray of the tooth. By the way, the 3 dimensional x-ray equipment is not offered any other dentist's offices. The x-ray images do show a thick dark crack line at the end of the tooth. This is the kind of proof I needed for making a decision on the next move to fix the abscess. Dr. Shetty had patiently answered all questions that I had for the implant procedure. He brought out the images and charts to make the points clear during the visit. The implant was a success, Dr. Shetty monitored my status very closely for the first couple of weeks after the implant. He even answered my email questions, which is unheard of with other dentists that I went through. I salute Dr. Shetty, who is not only my doctor, but also my hero and inspiration in life. Olivia at the front desk is the sweetest person you'll ever meet! Dr. May is the best. She really makes me feel comfortable whenever I come in for dental work. She has great bedside manners. I've always been afraid of getting back to the dentist, and since coming here I've rid of my anxiety.

I can't say enough good things! I will keep it short and sweet. 1) I have had a million things done dental wise and this was the best experience I have had yet. 2) Everyone in this office is so sweet and personable - they are truly there to help you and it is so comforting. 3) HONESTY - seriously, it is amazing to sit and be educated by your dentist and dental assistant. Nothing to hide, they show you everything they are seeing and they ask for other advice through the office to make sure the options they are giving you are the best for you. 4) Technology / comfort - the office is just beautifully put together and very clean. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Shetty and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. I've been a patient for several years and have always had a positive experience, from the front office to the back-office. I highly recommend him to anyone needing modern, professional and friendly, careful dentistry.
