Been going to this dentist all my 18 years and they have the most amazing staff, super cooperative, and very caring. Will never go to another dentist.

Such a great dentist! All the workers are so personable and willing to help you in any way. My teeth always feel clean and healthy afterwards. Would highly recommend as a family or individual dentist.

I took my son here and after taking him to a different dentist he needed over $2,000 of dental work that could have been avoided if properly taken care of by Dr. Christopher. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I have been going here for years. Staff is p t4 professional and courteous. I am given options and prices up front. I literally had a filling this morning and was in and out in 29 minutes. It is so nice to go where you are known and treated well.

She snapped at me when I flinched in pain yet ignored me when I raised my hand because I could still feel pain while she drilled.

My kids and I have came to Deborah for 8+ yrs. Whenever I talk about dentist to coworkers/friends I have never heard positive feedback when I mention Christopher! I soon started to understand why! I have been wanting to find a new dentist for awhile now but I felt comfortable there because it was the only dentist I been to when I moved to Minnesota. My experience on Friday Aug. 7th was the last straw! They pulled a k9 baby tooth on my daughter 2 yrs ago The permanent tooth never came in! My daughter had to asked about it or no one would have ever said anything!! She also has a bottom tooth that's crocked as hell. That's another tooth no one talks about! Deborah told us that the gums need to be cut and she needs either braces or invisaline. Everyone there was saying the invisaline was a better option, cheaper, and done in the office. I was supposed to get a call back about the insurance from the dentist office. Covid hit and I had to ask again about the insurance. I got everything lined up. Applied for a credit card to pay for the procedure. We went to the appointment and was told it would take an hr. My daughter calls me 5 minutes later crying saying I need to get her they won't to the procedure. I walk in and ask why!?? The Office lady had no clue what was going on. My daughter went to the car because she was so upset! She was so excited to get her biggest insecurity fixed! So she thought! Deborah was rude and unprofessional! She said they were hoping the tooth would have dropped on its own during covid shutdown. If it didn't drop in 2 yrs. Why would it in 2 more months!??? Then I was told she doesn't even do the cutting process! We were both under the impression she would do it all! Not at any time were we told. I can't do this part here or hopefully the tooth comes in on its own. I was very upset and almost started to cry as I'm explaining that my daughter is in the car crying! As a mother it hurts to see your kids so upset! Not once did she apologize for the misunderstanding or because of the fact that we were both very upset! She didn't care! She even tried to blame Covid! I quote... "it's not my fault covid hit!" It had absolutely NOTHING to do with covid! We would have gone through the same damn thing if covid never happened but sooner! That was our last day there! We moved to another dentist and I will continue to tell others our bad experiences!

I've been going to Dr. Christopher for a few years. The office is very accommodating to my requested appointment times, I never have to wait for extended periods of time in the front office and the staff are very nice. In an emergency, I know Dr. Christopher and staff will go out of their way to help me. Thanks for the great work!

I had a crown fall out while traveling from Albert Lea to Worthington and Dr. Christopher fit me into her day even on a Friday afternoon with a full schedule and not even being a regular patient of hers. The entire staff was exceptional and friendly and I received excellent care. Thank you.

I am having major dental complications and the Secretary here was nasty to me, rude and told me they would not see me even if I died! A lot of people I know go to her, and said she was good and allowed payments which I really needed. Her Secretary was as nasty as they come! This city (Jackson, MN) is a very illegally highly discriminatory place. Somebody I spoke with, confirmed that. Doesn't the State of Minnesota do something about discrimination? Let's see.
