Absolutely incredible service. I had flossed out a filling and needed care. Dr. Maxwell came highly recommended by two friends and the online reviews of the office led me to make an appointment. Dr. Maxwell and Wes did a complete set of x-rays and an oral exam. Dr. Maxwell discussed the procedure to put Humpy Dumpty back together again making me feel completely comfortable. My wife and I are snowbirds, and we were leaving in May for the summer back in Maine. The x-rays showed another hidden large cavity that Dr. Maxwell wanted to repair before we left and put me on a waiting list for a cancellation, as they had no openings until the middle of May. Two days later, the office called and said they had an opening at 2:30 if I could make it. When I arrived, Dr. Maxwell said he would be able to do both the repairs and fillings that day. Talk about accommodating! If you are ever hesitant, as I am about going to the dentist, Dr, Maxwell, Wes, and Janet were outstanding. I give the office six stars out of five, and as one reviewer stated, "he couldn't wait to go back, as he was so pleased." I have made my appointments already for next November when we return. Thank you, Dr. Maxwell, Wes, and Janet for erasing the hesitant feelings of going to the dentist. Cliff G.

Made an appointment with Dr Maxwell for a second opinion on a dental issue I was having. He clearly explained what the issue was and his idea on what the most viable option would be to remedy the problem. I was not a patient of his but I definitely will be in the future. There was no charge for his consultation. Very easy to talk to.

Never have i laughed so hard while getting a tooth filled and no it was not from laughing gas! . great dentist, great staff.

I have been going to Dr. Maxwell for years now. I had gone to many of the different corporate dentists prior to switching to Dr. Maxwell and the difference is equivalent to night and day. He informs you of what you really need done in priority and does everything to save a tooth. He doesn't try to charge for unnecessary work, and he stands behind anything he does. He is kind, gentle, and the most honest dentist I have ever been to. His technique of administering novocaine injections is exceptional, because you don't feel a thing. I have never been in any discomfort while he is working on me. He is extremely swift, punctual, thorough, and attentive to his patients. Literally the best dentist in the world!!! Recently his office doesn't accept the insurance I currently have, which is usually when I would change dentists, but because of the extraordinary level of care I receive there, I wouldn't think of switching. The office staff is on point with filing the claim, and I receive the coverage check from my insurance company shortly after my visit. The office staff is efficient, courteous, and professional. Five 's all the way around!

Dr. Maxwell has been my dentist since I was a kid, and I've never, ever had a bad experience at his office- even with staff changes! Everyone is very friendly, and they do only what is necessary- they don't try to sell you additional, unwarranted services. The hygienists are wonderful, and the front desk staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. My teeth always feel fantastic and clean after I leave. The day that I have to find another dentist's office will be the saddest day.

I went to get my teeth checked, as I've been having issues with broken and decayed molars. His office is easy and quick to reach by phone, I had an appointment fast and waiting time was close to none. Everyone worked efficiently and fast and they gave me a clear explanation and approach to what needed done. Today I went to have the 2 molars repaired. Anesthesia was painless and dr Maxwell was done in an hour and a half. I also needed a crown which was placed yesterday. They also do in house cleaning, which was an excellent experience as well. I'm beyond happy, this was by far the most relaxing and constructive dentist visit I've experienced.

I can't say enough about this office. I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff have never once made me feel judged. They will not work on you if it's painful. They take their time, tell you what they are doing and tell you what to expect. Dr. Maxwell is so good with novocaine you can't even feel the needle go in. Rachel is the sweetest and gentlest hygienist I have ever had. And they work very hard to get you the same hygienist each time so you're comfortable. I waited until open enrollment to change my insurance to see this dentist because my coworkers had raved about him. I highly reccomend this dental office!

Great guy and great place! Friendly staff.. Doesn't try and pull a fast one on you by offering only the most expensive treatment. Not a pretentious office setting.. Nothing fancy.. Just straight up dentistry! No BS..

I can't say enough about this office. I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff have never once made me feel judged. They will not work on you if it's painful. They take their time, tell you what they are doing and tell you what to expect. Dr. Maxwell is so good with novocaine you can't even feel the needle go in. Rachel is the sweetest and gentlest hygienist I have ever had. And they work very hard to get you the same hygienist each time so you're comfortable. I am not in pain or swollen only on day 1 after and feeling great. I am so glad to have found 2 great professionals that made me feel so comfortable.

I am not a fan of Dentist, but Dr Maxwell has changed by opinion. I never feel a thing when he is working on me, not even the pinch of the needle for the Novocaine. If you are afraid of the dentist, this is the Dr to go see. Great friendly and professional staff.
