Dr. Carlman is strongly committed to excellence in dentistry, as well as life-long learning as a way of offering her patients the best modern dentistry has to offer. Graduating from Faciplac University in Brazil, She has also completed an advanced dental residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine treating patients at Jackson Memorial hospital and University of Miami hospital.

Dr. Carlman recognizes that every patient has unique dental goals, experiences and challenges. Its important to get to know what each patients goals are so that I can help solve their problems and work within their budget. My patients and I are a team. I educate them and empower them to take control of the care they receive.

Dr. Carlman is exceptionally caring, detail-oriented, and always has the best interests of her patients in mind. It is a priority for her to educate each person on the importance of routine oral health care and her ultimate goal is equipping each patient with a confident smile. On her free time, Dr .Carlman likes to have fun with her dog Sailor and travel , sail and scuba dive with her husband.

Erikahas been in the dental industry over ten years.She has been an advanced function dental assistant, an orthodontic treatment coordinator and practice management. Erika works hard in educating patients the importance of their recommended treatment plans and helping them in maximizing insurance benefits. When there is no insurance, she will work with patients for everyone to accomplish their dental goals.

Erika grew up in the south side of Chicago an avid Chicago Bulls fan. She earned her BA from Northern Illinois University and MBA from Webster University. She lives in St Peterburg with her husband and three daughters who all claim to be #1 Tampa Bay Ray fans.

Our Hygienist anda proud graduate of St. Pete College. Patients rave about how gentle yet very thorough his excellent cleanings are. Binh is very family orientated and he enjoys spending time with his wife and going kayaking, fishing, and doing some light gardening. Binh is also bilingual and can speak English/Vietnamese.

Beonka is one of our star and talented dental assistants. She has been working in dental for over five years and shows her passion for the field through her excellent work. Beaoka loves her position because in her role every day is a different day. She has been able to be a part of many and rewarding patient cases. She is a mommy of a 3-year-old precious daughter.

Sandy ReedIs part of our front admin team; a natural born and raised Floridian. Sandy is also bilingual in English/Vietnamese. For over 25 years, she has worked eagerly to master her customer service skills. Sandy is new to dental but is a fast learner and has been actively advancing in the field. She is married with two beautiful daughters, and her hobbies are spending quality time with her family and friends. A little tidbit about her is that she is a Lightning fan and can only sing to herself due to stage freight.

Ana was born and raised in Florida. Ana is a passionate assistant who graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy. She has assisted in both pediatric and general dentistry throughout her career. She loves getting to meet new patients and create a friendship with them. Being a part of a patients journey on transforming their smile from start to finish is heartwarming. Seeing them happy and regaining their confidence is what she loves most about her career. Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish and Ioves music, dancing and painting.

Latia Jacksonis from Roanoke, VA having moved to Florida three years ago for a new start, driving herself and her kids for over fourteen hours on her own. Her first passion is doing hair having started braiding since she was thirteen years old.
