Dr. David got his bachelor 's degree from theUniversity of Illinois in 1982. He then attended Northwestern UniversityDental School, graduating top 10% of his class with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986. At graduation he received 'The G.I. Brisden Award' for excellence in fixed prosthodontics. It had been 5 years since that award was received by a graduating senior.
He considers himself blessed for doing what he loves, providing great quality dental care for his patients and creating a pleasant atmosphere within the office. Outside the office, Dr. David is a very active soccer player and coach. He loves to snow ski as well. During his free time he plays the piano and the drums.

I had a great experience with this dental office. I had went in with really bad chipped teeth. Dr. David was very clear on the work i needed done. The bonding on my teeth looks so natural! Dr. David and his assistant Rommel made sure i was comfortable during the process. The front staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you for such an amazing job!

I have gone to this dentist for most of my life, and to be honest, I have never felt like anything else but just another mouth to extract money from. Since I was a teenager I went in and had questions about my dental problems but they were always dismissed as "common" without actually being provided with any recommendations beyond braces from their own orthodontist. And yes, the braces just made my problems worse.

Let me just start off by saying I do not usually write reviews on Google nor Amazon, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this dental office for those who may be on the fence. To start I have been a dental coward for years due to the unpleasant experiences I have had at other dental offices. I was referred to Dr. David's by a friend and was skeptical at first but decided to try it out. I am happy to report after several visits that I am happy with my decision. The staff are helpful and the dentists and dental assistants really take their time during procedures to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

I've been going to Dr. David's Family Dentistry for years, so does my family and we are very happy with the services. I especially, really enjoy the dental work Dr. Tong does. I am a very nervous and pain sensitive when it comes to anything dental or medical. Dr. Tong always, always makes me feel very comfortable, less nervous and is gentle with my teeth, hence I continue to come back to her. I used to live in the area and now live pretty far but make the journey to see Dr. Tong because it's sooooo worth it. The staff is very nice and make it easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. Thank you Dr. Tong and Dr. David's Family Dentistry for your help over the years. Anyone thinking of them should definitely check them out!

They overcharged me. Had to call insurance to verify the charges were correct and then spent a lot of time calling this place, to correct the charges. In the end they refund me almost half what they charged me at the beginning. My husband and I will definitely never come back here.

i love this dentist ive been coming here for 8 years and i even brought my boyfriend so he can start coming here the DRs are so friendly and they are wonderful at what they do i always come and see DR Tong she is amazing love the work she does shes always right on point she always reassures me and makes sure im comfortable while working on me you can definatly count on her to do everything u need done perfectly thank you for making all my visits so easy and makes me love coming back shes the only one i come to i trust her so much if shes not available i wait till she is shes wonderful

Unprofessional front staff. The wait time is horrible even with appointment. I sat and waited more than an hour for the financial specialist to come in, and when she finally came in it was rushed and she told me my services weren't covered by my insurance and no other work can be done on me if I refuse the treatment plan they had planned. I called my insurance who confirmed services were covered and yes some I had to pay but the Mount they quoted me was 3x what my insurance informed me. Go elsewhere!

I chose them to take over a pre existing orthodontics treatment, after Dr Newhart practice provided inadequate and insensitive Care and a technician graced my arm with his genitals. During the first visit at David's Family Dentistry, the technician broke my brackets and then installed the wrong one in replacement a month later. Allowed me to go a month with a broken bracket and when they finally installed a new one it was the incorrect one. So far it has not been wonderful and they have already been payed in full. I have been going to Dr. David's Family Dentistry for more than ten years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Tong sincerely cares about her clients and will explain her procedures while performing them as well as making them as painless as possible. I bring my whole family to Dr. Tong and we all love her! Thank you Dr. David's for all your years of dental service to me and my family.

Friendly and professional staff! Dr. David's has been our Dentist for over 8 years. I've never had any issues and they provide great customer service. Dr. Tong is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to explain the procedures and addresses any issues/concerns. She makes you feel comfortable and works quickly. Overall, a great dental office.

It took me a long time to find a dentist that i really feel comfortable with, and this is the place. The staff is friendly experienced and easy to work with. I never feel like i am not being taken care of it the more professional manner, from a simple cleaning to more intense dental needs. I drive all the way from West Hollywood just to have a great experience in a friendly atmosphere, and absolutely love working with Dr. Tong... she is the best!!
