Brand new patients should be informed of "office policies" prior to treatment! In spite of having insurance, I had to come up with $300+ at check out time!!! THEN I'm asked if I was informed of this "new patient" policy. No I was not!!

The staff and hygienists are wonderful but the dentist comes across as uncaring, rude and condescending. I won't be returning and would have given a 0 if I could have.

Great people! I'm from out of the area and had a dental issue late in the day. I took a chance and just stopped in to see if I could get some help. I couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Fanning and the staff.
