Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Dr. Rizk received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Toronto, and later received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University.
Dr. Rizk is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Las Vegas Institute. He received fellowship accreditation from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He also received a fellowship from the Misch International Implant Institute.
Dr. Rizk was named the Best Dentist in America in 2004-2005. As a leading authority in the field, Dr. Rizk frequently contributes to a wide range of dental journals. He is also a member of the following organizations:
Though Dr. Rizk enjoys treating all patients, he focuses on treating patients who have given up on their dental care and think there is no hope. Hell do whatever it takes to renew patient hope, restoring self-confidence and making them advocates for the practice.
JoAnn has been with Dr. Rizk for 13 years. As the office administrator, JoAnn wears a variety of hats. She welcomes patients, answers the phone, handles insurance issues and billing statements, and makes travel arrangements for the doctor and team. JoAnn is well-suited for the job, having received training from the Las Vegas Institute. JoAnns favorite parts of her job are building relationships with the patients and working with the team to encourage everyone in the office to do his or her best. When shes not keeping the dental office running smoothly, JoAnn enjoys bike riding and travel.
Sandra has been with Dr. Rizk for 19 years. She studied at El Paso Community College and the Las Vegas Institute. As lead dental assistant, Sandra helps Dr. Rizk with every procedure, including oral surgery and implant surgery. She also handles x-rays, impressions, and bite analysis. Sandras favorite parts of the job include getting to know her patients and helping them with their oral health and self-esteem. She also loves working with the professional team. When shes not helping Dr. Rizk and his patients, Sandra enjoys gardening, music, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ceci brings17 years of dental office experience to the office of Dr. Rizk. She studied at Career Centers of Texas. As a dental assistant, Ceci is responsible for patient care and education, assisting Dr. Rizk, and handling lab work. Alongside Dr. Rizk and the team, Ceci loves making a difference in peoples lives by making them feel comfortable and confident. When shes not caring for patients, Ceci enjoys spending time with her children and cheering them on at sporting events.
Delia has 30 years of experience in a dental practice setting. She studied at El Paso Community College and the Las Vegas Institute. Delia provides patient education by offering instructions on oral hygiene and post-operative care. She performs cleanings and x-rays, as well as soft tissue procedures and periodontal therapy using lasers. Alongside the caring Rizk team, Delias favorite parts of her job involve treating each unique patient and interacting with patients. When shes not treating patients, Delia enjoys spending time with her family and watching her boys sporting events.
Diane brings more than 30 years of dental office experience to our practice. She studied at El Paso Community College, the University of Texas at El Paso, and the Las Vegas Institute. She performs cleanings and x-rays, as well as soft tissue procedures and periodontal therapy using lasers, as well as educating patients on how to care for their teeth and gums at home. Diane loves working with patients and knowing Dr. Rizk keeps the team aware of the latest dental products and technology. When shes not helping patients, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
Diana studied at El Paso Community College and the Las Vegas Institute. Diana performs cleanings, takes x-rays, and offers instructions on oral hygiene. She also performs soft tissue procedures and periodontal therapy using lasers. After surgeries, she offers post-operative care instructions. Diana loves having one-on-one interaction with the patients and helping them maintain their oral health. She really appreciates that Dr. Rizk and the team make patient needs a priority. When shes not at the office, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Rizk was wonderful! I am not one of his established patients but my sister is and raved about him after having her wisdom teeth removed recently. I was in El Paso visiting my sister this past weekend and had a dental emergency. Dr Rizk was able to see me early Monday morning to give me a temporary solution for my broken crown. I am so grateful my sister is a current patient of his and that he was able to fit me in before having to fly back home! Really wish yI could have him be my regular dentist but feel very lucky that he was able to help me! Now I know what to look for in a dentist in my own city! He and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease which is not the easiest thing to do while you are missing teeth (crown) and need to be on a plane in a few hours. Thank you very much Dr Rizk!
