I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my care with Dr. Ward. He is the first dentist to point out my underlying issue after years. Through entire process I felt comfortable, safe and confident in his skills. Now I love my smile. Also the staff and entire team are awesome.

I've been going to Dr Ward's office ever since I was in high school or even earlier. He is amazing and the office is beautiful. I just had Kendra as my dental hygienist and she did a wonderful job. Thank you!!

My cleaning happened within five minutes of my appointment time and Kendra was very efficient, thoughtful and gentle! She heard all my questions and answered them thoroughly and knowledgeably. I feel that I am very well cared for at this practice.

I'm having a crown done to one of my teeth and they made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. I've been going to Dr Wards all of my life going from Dr Vinney Ward to his son Dr. David Ward and now the addition of David's daughter Dr Samantha Ward. They are the best dental practice in town.

My family has been going to Dr Ward for 25+ years. Kind, ethical, knowledgeable, & personable. His daughter is also a dentist with this amazing team who share these attributes. The camaraderie of this group is endearing and comforting. I always know I'm in good hands here!

Really liked this place, at first. They're friendly and the place is clean and they take you in fairly quickly. The two times they did work on my actual teeth (planing and descaling went fine) I ended up both times needing a root canal afterwards because there was so much pain. The second root canal, they partially performed in their office. I had an appointment today for them to complete it, I had a voicemail from them from yesterday (around 3pm, so even if I talked to them right then and there it would have been a short notice cancellation, but I could not because I was at work) I checked it this AM and called in, the receptionist tells me on the phone that I am out of benefits and would have to pay $1300 out of pocket for the completion of the root canal today. I tell them I cannot possibly afford that and would need to cancel, so they then charge me $100 for cancelling. Imagine charging someone $100 (like a week of groceries? two full tanks of gas? a week of daycare?) because they cannot afford to pay dental care out of pocket. That is the highest cancellation fee I have ever heard of in healthcare. Clearly, I am broke, or I would have just gotten my tooth fixed. I didn't cancel for no reason or just because I did not feel like going. I just literally do not have that kind of money. I will be looking for a new dentist once my benefits renew in January and I will keep my fingers crossed that my tooth holds out until then.

Visited the office for my cleaning today service was wonderful as always. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The office is being remodeled and looks beautiful. I love all the new furniture and the color scheme it really brightens everything up.

Dr. Ward and his team are fantastic! I have been going to Dr. Ward for 15+ years now and I have no complaints! The staff is friendly and remembers who you are and Dr. Ward is always there to answer any questions/concerns you might have! I have had an implant now for over 5 years and I am very satisfied with the outcome. So satisfied that I am in process of implant #2 and Dr. Ward and his team did a fantastic job helping through the process as going to the dentist to have a procedure isn't always my favorite thing to do! So if your looking for someone...this is the practice I would recommend!!
