I was a new patient and called the office to get an exam for a root canal retreatment. I was in a lot of pain prior to my visit even with advil and antibiotics. I had a great experience working with Leslie to get scheduled quickly and confirm insurance details. She was quick, efficient and so so helpful. She was able to get me in to see Dr. Hatch in less than 24 hours. Dr. Hatch was able to find a 4th canal that a previous endodontist had missed. It wasn't an easy procedure, but he got me good and numb and quickly got to treating the issue. The most pain I had was from the numbing shots. Even in recovery I mostly only had injection site pain, which I was able to manage with anbesol, tylenol and advil. I am so happy my dentist recommended this office and I was able to be seen on such short notice. I will recommend Dr. Hatch and his staff to anyone who asks. Getting a root canal is really not so bad. I was in far worse pain from the infection than I was from the treatment. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE VERY BEST CARE OF ME.

Dr. Hatch was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and caring. Leslie helped me get an appointment quickly as i was having pain. Dr. Hatch explained everything i needed done and what he would be doing. The assistant was really nice and set up a movie for me to watch. I've had root canal performed at other clinics but this was by far the best experience. I will travel to Fetus again if needed. I live in St. Louis county. There was some good 70's classic music playing and incidentally, Dr. Hatch actually has a pretty good voice. LOL.

I had a great and easy experience here. No one wants to hear that they have to get a root canal, but getting one by Dr. Hatch was super easy. I watched Batman Begins while him and Jessica worked on my tooth and the whole thing only lasted about 45 or so minutes. My mouth was sore for about three days and by the weekend I forgot I even had a root canal. All the horrible sensitivity I was feeling before the root canal due to nerve damage is completely gone. I can finally drink cold water!!! Hopefully I never have to get another one ever again, but if I do I will definitely be seeing Dr. Hatch :)

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. State of the art equipment. Thoroughly explained my procedure and follow up care. I did not experience any pain during or after my root canal. I would definitely recommend this office.

Saw me same day. Root canal was about as painless as one could hope. My roots are also long and tortuous, and he handled them like a champ. Couple hours later, almost back to normal.

Did a fantastic job!! Dr Hatch was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. His team was very friendly and considerate. They make root canals boring ... But I was kept interested by watching a movie during the procedure. They have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch while you're procedure is done. I highly recommend Dr Hatch and team.

Dr. Hatch was very professional in explaining the treatment. He was concerned about me as a patient and made sure there was no pain or discomfort during the procedure. I trusted Dr. Hatch.

Awesome staff & overall a painless experience which got rid of my tooth pain. Walked in with pain & left with no pain that never returned. By using current technology & procedures makes them the best! Thanks for being the best!

I had my first root canal procedure done by Dr. Hatch and had a very good experience. I was very nervous before they got started, but him and staff were professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. No pain during the root canal, and I wasn't even sore the next day. I hope I don't need any more root canals in the future, but if I do I would definitely come back to Dr. Hatch's office.
