The Xray machine at this office is failing and they could not get a good picture so after two attempts I had to stop them from attempting more. The Orthodontists disposition is lacking and he's got that, "I am better than you attitude." Honestly stay away from here, there are other Ortho's out there that will treat you with respect!

I received care here in high school. The atmosphere is super friendly and family-like. Ive returned as an adult with both of my children and it hasn't changed a bit. Excellent care, personable, and a fair cost. Theyre always the first orthodontist I recommend .

So after my daughter got her braces off, she had trouble and had lock jaw. Went to a lock jaw specialist and got her jaw unlocked we will be having braces again!! The new ortho said she still has an over bite and still has crowding. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY SPENT HERE!!! Next week starts braces again for my daughter.

We went to this office over another. They said for what my son needed, it shouldn't take as long as the other place said, and they were literally half the price. Well it was supposed to be a two year plan. Three and a half years later, he still isn't done his treatment and now they are saying probably another year. So mad at myself for putting my son through this. They say you get what you pay for, in this case, I'm not even sure I got that. They contraption they put in my son's mouth was horrific. Quoting our regular dentist. They always make me feel like I'm the worst parent ever for getting them off "early", as they say. I say, do your job right and this wouldn't have taken so long. Over all very unhappy with their attitude towards us as a family. And unhappy with their lack of professionalism. If they say they want to do springs in your child's mouth, don't agree. They break very easy and cost a ton to replace. In about six months, my son broke about 5 of these and they didn't even send a bill until it was the day I got everything removed. That's when they told me I had a bill for over $200 for broken springs.

When we went in to the office it was very clean. Dr. came in and explained everything that we would need to do also what the first steps were going to be. We go back next week to find out cost and insurance and stuff like that. My daughter is truly excited to get braces for the first time. The doctor was even nice enough to save us a trip from having to come back next time in just a few days and let us go ahead and get her impressions done right a way. so he could do what he needed to do to find out what type Of braces she would need and how long she would need them for.
