Absolutely enjoyable experience here! Staff is very friendly all around and then there's Dr Ambrozic, who has given me confidence in my smile again! Would definitely recommend for anyone considering proper oral care!

I was visiting home when my oral appliance for sleep apnea broke. The product was under warranty, but I needed to find a dentist that was a vendor of my specific appliance. Dr. Silk and his team (specifically Michelle) took great care of me and didn't charge me anything other than what was required to send the device back. It was refreshing to meet such a great dentist and dental office, that genuinely cared and was in the business of helping. Dr. Silk and his staff are professionals - I recommend anyone in the Cleveland - specifically Solon area looking to get a device to contact his office and schedule an appointment.

I had a problem with my tooth over the weekend and when I called for a consult, Dr Silk had me come right in. He and his staff when above and beyond to take care of my problem and fix it! He and his entire staff have always been both friendly and professional. I can't imagine seeing anyone else! Thank you, Dr Silk!

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Jane Silk...needless to say it was NOT as smooth as silk. More like it was as rough as a prickly pear. I'd suggest finding another DDS.

The front desk doesn't ask if you are in network or out of network of the insurance at first time. They just made appointments for you and sent you a big surprise on the bill after they did your normal clean. They only said "Sorry to see you all leave, Please pay the balance"

I was referred to Dr. Silk by a family member and had a wonderful experience in his office. I went in for a preventative care visit. The staff and doctor were very friendly and took time to review my dental health and address my concerns. Dr. Silk thoroughly inspected my teeth before the cleaning and showed me a close up of my teeth with a special camera. The dental hygienist was really friendly and made me feel relaxed. A wonderful experience!
