Dave grew up in Chambersburg, PA as the youngest of four children. He graduated from Chambersburg Area High School in 1976 before venturing on to Bucknell University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1980. Dave graduated from Temple University, earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine, in 1985.
After an internship in Reading, PA, Dave moved to Lititz and bought Dr. Hubers practice. Dave is married and has 5 children. When not working or spending time with his family Dave can usually be found on a golf course, a passion since his childhood.
Shirley has worked for Dr. Richards since 1994 assisting him with procedures, working in the lab, answering phones, ordering supplies and anything else that needs to be done. She seems to know everyone and really offers that friendly, personal touch!
Cheryl has worked for Dr. Richards since 2003. Cheryl was a patient first and when a job opening became available we were thrilled she applied! She is an excellent member of our team. She is professional, patient and most importantly, kind.
Robin has worked part-time for Dr. Richards since 1996. Robin is a great member of our team being very professional and thorough. Robin is willing to help out in all areas of the office if she is not busy taking care of a patient. She is dependable and conscientious and just a nice person.
Christy came to us just after opening the new addition in 2007. What a wonderful addition to the staff! She is bubbly and energetic and excellent at her job. Christy is married and has 2 boys and a little girl.
Cathy started working for Dr. Richards in 2008 on a part-time basis and is a great addition. In 2019, Cathy started as a full-time employee. She has a happy personality and a fun energy that is nice to be around. She is very good at her job and takes time to teach patients about taking care of their teeth.
Kendra joined our office in September, 2013. She comes to us from York, PA after getting married to one of our patients! She is young, energetic, and very good at her job. We feel very lucky to have her in our office!
Kendra is living on a farm in Manheim with her husband and two little girls. She enjoys going on dates with her husband, spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and sightseeing. In addition, she finds time to be active at her church. Kendra is currently only working part-time on Monday evenings.
