Horrible experience years ago I had braces put on by this Dr. Cupo staff He only evaluated gave me price Staff not the Doctor him self put the brasea on me Toward the end I paid off all my bill Then the assistance tighten my braces gave me more of an over bite then I had So I ask Doctor Cupo he answered me with an attitude he told me oh that is how you are then dismissed me So think twice before visiting this office do your homework

Horrible experience I spent more time than they told me with the braces and not at all, my teeth were worse than before now they are stuck inside and they are so immoral that they tell you that the doctor is very professional. Hahahaha he is professional in stealing money to people, I do not recommend it, do not waste your time or money

I took both my daughters to Cupo for braces. I was very pleased until their wisdom teeth ruined everything! After speaking to a number of dentist they all ask me the same thing, why didn't your orthodontist tell you to have your daughters wisdom teeth removed before spending money on braces? I do not know why? But now I have to pay for the removal of the wisdom teeth and pay for braces AGAIN!!! I am not happy that the thousands of dollars I spent was for nothing!!

I wish I can give it a zero stars if I could. This is a post after I had braces with Darrin Cupo in his Coral Springs office as a kid, and just received a consultation with another doctor as an adult. As a kid, Dr. Cupo mentioned that I had an overbite and needed multiple things to correct it (including a palatal/jaw expander). It took over 3 years to correct my teeth, and during those years, I saw Dr. Cupo in person only 3 times, and I still have a worse overbite I am trying to fix as an adult, and a misaligned jaw. My parents did raise up this problem when I was getting my braces off with Dr. Cupo, but he decided to brush that off and say I might need jaw surgery (as a 15 year old kid) to fully correct it. As an adult, my now-orthodontist mentioned that all of the braces and corrections I did as a child actually WORSENED my tiny overbite as a child, and that my jaws are actually now misaligned due to the jaw expander I had to wear as a kid. So save your thousands of dollars now and get a second/third opinion, because you might end up like me of having to get more corrective procedures as a adult! My experience was so bad as a child that I actually came back as an adult to give a review now that I know how much money and time my parents wasted for three years!

Dr. Cupo and the rest of the office are the absolute best. I had braces when I was younger but the small kind and I still had a 'black hole' in between my two middle teeth and a snaggletooth coming over my two front teeth from the ones next to them. He fitted me for an invisalign retainer while filling in a chip I had and shaping my teeth so that they are symmetrical and straight on the bottom (had been a little jagged) . When I came to pick up the retainer, he sanded my teeth creating a gap to allow space for movement. Within a day, my teeth looked so much better. Now, two weeks later, I have been back one more time to have my teeth sanded a little more and the invisalign refitted but my teeth look so good and I am smiling so much more. All the people working there are really friendly and know their stuff and it never has taken me more than 30 minutes in and out. Definitely recommend!!!!

I love Dr Cupo and his staff they all are super friendly and always helpful , since day one he has been a perfectionist always making sure my teeth look 100% and that's one thing I love because obviously who goes to him wants a perfect smile and he will help you for sure .

Bad service. I was about to start treatment and then I changed my mind. 3 years later I realized they were still collecting money from my insurance. Still waiting for them to repay it so I can use It towards my new treatment at another doctor

RUN RUN RUN!! If you don't keep up with your receipts and payments from your insurance they will over charge you and play dumb as if they don't know what you're are speaking of. Now I have to another orthodontist to finish my son and I process with these braces

I have jumped from place to place since was 15 trying to find a good place for my braces! I am finally finished and Dr. Cupo made this journey for me very comfortable. I would recommend this location to everyone! Staff is amazing!
