Dr. Darrell K. Yamada attended the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) for his undergraduate studies before attending the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy (UOP), where he graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Dr. Yamada went on to attend the University of Southern California School of Dentistry (USC), graduating in 1984 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He regularly completes additional continuing education courses through study clubs, correspondence and hands-on labs to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in dentistry.

I've been going to Dr and Liz Yamada for many years. They are honest, professional, kind, and fun to be with. They make seeing a dentist something to look forward to. Liz is a great hygienist!! And!Their office is beautiful

Dentist appointments used to bring me so much anxiety for many years. Dr. Yamada and his wife both have a calming presence, which combined with their knowledge and excellent care have created an pleasant experience for me that I truly never expected.

If you can believe this, I've been busy and haven't made my annual check up and I actually want to go! Never have I looked forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Yamaha is the best.

Dr. Yamada is the best! He's been our family dentist for years, and I would not switch to another dentist for anything. His work is outstanding, he is friendly, and most of all, he is honest. He will never tell you that you need any dental work that you don't need, just to make some extra money. I've heard that some of his patients even travel from San Diego, just to have an appointment with him.

Fantastic experience. Super friendly. Explained everything they were doing to help me feel comfortable. Scheduled me quickly. Did a great job with the cleaning. They were all around great! I highly recommend!
