Went on to acquire a DDS from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA in 1988. Dr. Cline has been serving the Mukilteo, Everett, and the Seattle area since 1994.With his commitment to excellence indentistry,through continuing education and professional learning, he is able to offer his patients outstanding care, with state-of-the-art technology. With the old-fashioned caring touch, Dr. Cline loves the outdoors, staying fit and active, and spending time with his family.

Lori Tipton - Office Manager Lori has happily been in the dental field for 7 years. She started her career as a Scheduling and Financial Coordinator 3 years ago when she stepped up to Office Manager. Lori enjoys meeting new patients, building relationships, loves being a part of a team that transforms smiles, and seeing the confidence a beautiful smile can bring.
Lori has been married for seven years and has two beautiful children and she enjoys spending as much free time with them as she can. Lori enjoys going on long walks with her two new dogs, Hailey (Terrier mix, adopted from a shelter) and Leon (Pembroke Welsh Corgi). Loris hobbies include; being an avid Lifetime Movie Network watcher, reading crime novels, spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, and traveling to LA to visit her sister.
Michelle Bale - RDH Michelle has been in the NW since the 90's after her dad retired from the Air Force. She graduated from Shoreline Dental Hygiene School in 2003. She lives in Mukilteo with her husband and 2 kids. On her off-time she likes to go for walks around the neighborhood, hang out with her family, and she loves to travel.

I forgot my hygienist's name but she suggested me to go see a doc for acid reflux since my teeth eroded fast. Saw doc today and that was it. She was great during the entire time. Thank you for your help.

HPDA is a great dental office, and I've been a patient there for a year. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the office and exam areas are modern and clean. Super nice office and dental staff! Dr. Cline is great and an excellent dentist. I highly recommend HPDA!

I am a new patient. The staff were all excellent. I had some difficulty finding the place and one of the office staff stayed on the phone with me to give me directions and then came downstairs to escort me to the office. Dr. Cline was great. Office is clean and well appointed and the hygiene practices are flawless and I say this from the viewpoint of a former infection control nurse.

Dr. Cline had been my dentist for over 20 years, and I highly recommend him and his team. He has taken great care of my dental health, and is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The office is very modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff has always been very efficient and pleasant!

First of all, I was experiencing a dental crisis, and needed both a crown and a tooth extracted. They got me in immediately, and not only was the work completed expertly and painlessly, everyone in the office was so calming, patient, and caring. I don't know how many people are aware of this great clinic right here in town, but if you are looking for a location that is easily accessible, an office staff who are courteous and friendly, and professional dental work that is precise, this is the place. Also, my crown was placed and the extraction of the other tooth were both done over two years ago, and I experienced no problems or concerns with either.

I came to this office for my wisdom teeth removal. I barely felt the numbing process the needle was injected very quickly with minimal to no pain and the actual procedure of removing all 4 wisdom teeth was very quick, and I was awake the whole time. Awesome staff and efficient work done by Dr.Cline.
