'My father, Dr. Wesley H. Ardoin, was also an orthodontist; being a second-generation orthodontist allows me to hear new stories from my patients parents about my father 's impact on their lives. Those stories inspire me to constantly improve myself, professionally and personally, to continue his legacy.
Dr. Dorgraduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Psychology and prerequisites for dental school. Sheattended Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where shereceived her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1996, graduated at the top of her class, and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Epsilon National Dental Honor Society.
'I met my husbandwhen we were 16 years old and both working at a local grocery store: I was a cashier and he was my favorite bag boy! Irealized then that he had the heart of a servant, the truest measure of strength. We have been married for over 30 years and he is the manager of Dor Orthodontics.
As you step into the office youll often hear Dr. Dor and our team members giggling, singing, and even dancingwith our patients. Dr. Dore and her staff are absolutely amazing. They all possess beautiful souls and really care about their patients. Their compassion and empathy is present at every visit and they treat you more like family than just a patient. I have been a patient for nearly 7 years and Dr. Dore was able to work magic with my teeth and smile. She gave me options, some of which I declined but supported me and my decisions and still was able to give me an amazing smile! I met with several orthodontist getting different options. Dr. Dore was by far the best option and as I said provided me with several options that other orthodontist did not offer. I highly recommend Dr. Dore and her staff for your orthodontic needs. Mrs. Dianne, Rachel, Angela are all very knowledgeable and are eager to assist you!! Thank you Dr. Dore, Rachel, Angela and Mrs. Di for making me feel like family all these years!!! God Bless
