0 out of 10 would recommend. This dentist is so rough and incredibly rude, gave me antibiotics I didn't need that made me horribly sick and when asked to please be a bit more gentle he not only treated me more roughly but he seemed to enjoy it. I cried in the chair, with tears streaming down my face and was given no apology. I just wished that I had chosen a different dentist. I'm not sure what I could have possibly possibly done to this man but I recommend that this man learn some bedside manors. Do your research and choose wisely.

I never feel any pain or discomfort. Staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Does a great job.

Don't go to this dentist he is very rude, rough and demanding. I went to get a small filling done. When he walked up to me I was on the chair, he said to me it's hard to get in your mouth because, you are wearing a mask. When I removed the mask he then turned my face very hard towards him.Then he told me to take an injection. I told him I rather not because,I am not in any pain. He then get very rough, and nasty, did not tell me what he is doing in steps while working in my mouth, his hands is so heavy. When he finish with the filling. I told him the filling was still rough. He replied! So what I am doing here? With a nasty attitude. He did a sloppy job having the filling touch my other tooth without cleaning. If you want to be treated with respect, and want a good job done this is not the dentist. This dentist is useless. He should not be practicing dentistry.

Doctor Shalyto is an amazing dentist! Highly skilled, very professional, caring and thoughtful! After many years of struggle I'm so fortunate to be his patient. I recommend him as the best dentist in NY

This is definitely the dentist you want to go to. I went for my cleaning few weeks ago and Dr. Shalyto told me " unfortunately you don't have any cavities " - his sense of humor is great and the most important thing is - he is an HONEST dentist . The staff is amazing. The office is very clean. ---------------------------///--------------------- I'm a very loyal customer , previously I used to go to a dentist in Long Island for 20 years--- very fancy-schmancy office that dentist did not take any insurance. Each time I went there I used to leave a fortune $$$$$ for cleaning, cavities and any dental work. I'm so glad Dr. Shalyto was recommended to me by a coworker, now I don't have to pay a penny my insurance covers mostly everything.

Dr. Shalyto and staff are fantastic! I've had cosmetic and maintenance work performed at this office and every experience was positive. My teeth look great too!

I visited Dr. Shalyto for my first time this year, and he is awesome. The wait time was very short and he did an amazing job. Will be going back to him!
