I received a bill a year after services. Had multiple appointments between the original service and the date I received the bill. At no time was it ever mentioned that I owed a balance. These balances of $80-100 over the course of a year amounted to almost $1,000. No one seemed to know what they were doing when I asked repeatedly what the issue was.

Dr. Grilli is amazing with all 5 of my children! All four of my older ones have been seen by him now and they love going in every time! The office is great and suited for children to be able to be children! That's what I love the most! My kids feel welcome and comfortable. The rest of the staff is magnificent! They all make me feel so welcome and at ease and it's just really a blessing what his office provides for my family. Janelle is great and has helped me a lot working through my out of network insurance. They are that GREAT that I go to them even though they are out of network. Love it!

I thought pediatric care meant specialty care for children. Not here. My son was nervous to have his sealants put in, they gave up on him and sent a front desk lady to ask us to leave because they quickly quit trying. He (7 year old) was literally begging them to keep going and try again. They didn't offer laughing gas or any other alternative, they just said we had to leave after they acted frustrated with my son. Instead of trying to help, they got frustrated. Very disappointing. Also, what is with the way they apply fluoride?! They get a q tip and they quickly go over a few teeth, barely touch anything. All other dentists apply it on each individual tooth and use up a tube. Not here. So don't waste money of fluoride treatment here. Will never return.

Dr. Grilli always does a great job with my kids. He's informative, quick, and playful with them. The ladies up front are the best! They are super friendly and helpful. They have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Excellent dentist with great humor and gentleness with children. We have 4. They all see Dr Grilli. The place is accommodating for young children, and Dr. Grilli is very good with them. Yes, he is busy and somehow in 30 visits in 3 years I've never felt rushed or hurried there. Dr. Grilli always takes the time to explain everything, face to face, patiently and in detail, even though he's got people waiting all day long. Pretty well oiled machine this office and staff, and Dr. Grilli is called and created to work with children. The man is gifted, no doubt. My 4 young children absolutely love going to the dentist!

Highly recommend Dr. Grilli! Great patient care with my 7 year old twins. The office staff is phenomenal. We switched dentists because of the great care we received from Dr. Grilli and his office. Best decision ever.

Dr.Grilli was my dentist when I was a kid. He's very well seasoned and awesome. I highly suggest going to him! I had to get a second opinion after going to another dentist with dr. Grilli and he was so informative and awesome. And I was quoted a much cheaper price for the work needed done for my daughter. I will forever love him.

We were recommended here after my 2 year old daughters dentist offered to put silver caps on. Dr. Grilli and his team offered an alternative to by adding fillings and using laughing gas instead of having to sedate her. The vibe in the office is great my daughter loves it! I highly recommend, if you're thinking about going just do it! You won't regret it. :)

This post is specifically about the staff. I don't know who hires these women, but they are fabulous, especially Alexandra. I've been going here since I was probably 10 or so, and I'm now 23. My entire family also goes there, including my 4-year-old nephew (with whom Dr. Grilli is great, by the way; he did a entire check up with my nephew standing up because he refused to lie down on the examining chair). Anyway, over the years, we've had great interactions with his staff, but none more so than Alexandra. She truly cares about the patients and listens to them. I just received the sweetest handwritten card from her congratulating me on an upcoming event. Now, I know some businesses will write generic "happy birthday" cards, but this was different. In it, she talked about things my mother had told her about my event and even about things my nephew said. I already liked Dr. Ilustre, but her sweet gesture sealed the deal. I'm moving to a new city in a few months, and I will still make the hourslong trek down to come to this practice.

From start to finish this group is excellent. We came in with half a tooth missing from a pool accident. Called the after hours and Dr Grilli called right away. Did not rush the call or process. Next day we arrive to the office. Alexandra is exceptional as well as the other staff. They make you feel relaxed and calm. We were fit in straight away and Dr Grilli's assistant was very good with my son who is on the spectrum. I am very impressed with the entire team from friendliness, to the ease of the dental assistants gracious behavior to all the kids not just my child, and of course for Dr Grilli being so calming about the whole dreadful situation. No one rushed us, pushed unnecessary treatments. We received instant referrals for specialized portions of the treatment same day and that doc was good but not as great as Grilli and his team. I cannot give this place enough stars
