This dental practice engages in predatory and unethical practices. I found this place through the medi-cal smile website and at first glance it feels like dr Daniel and his team are caring and kind, but they are after a huge cash grab. Even with full scope medi-cal, they "found" a ton of issues and gave me a 6k estimate right before they performed "necessary" work. They use scare tactics to manipulate you into believing them. The sales nurse, Karla, even offered to run my credit before I even decided to get my wisdom teeth removed here. They also pushed for me to remove all four at the same time. Daniel Boudaie exaggerated how close they were to the nerve and demanded I get bone grafting. Something my new doctor said is very rare. I went in with urgency to get my wisdom teeth removed and walked out with an estimate for three unnecessary crowns and they replaced all my amalgam fillings without giving me all the facts about replacing them. Apparently it causes extreme sensitivity and they didn't even do a good job at evening it out so I was in pain for a week. Stay far away from this place, especially if you have medi-cal. As my sister told me afterwards, you are paying for their fancy office and conference room, not quality work. You are nothing but a number and a wallet to this practice.

I had my first experience at Dr Boudaie's dental place today, it was fabulous, we haven't done any work yet but I am so excited because everybody is so kind and patient and polite, I will be back and I cannot wait! By the way, I was paid or bribed!!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF OR YOYR FAMILY STAY AWAY!!!! T THEY LEFT MY GIRLFRIEND WITH BROKEN TWO FRONT TEETH FOR 3 MONTHS AND WOULD DISRESPECT HER WOULD IGNORE HER PAPERWORK WOULDNT FILE ANYTHING FOR HER I WISH I COULD CALL THE POLICE ON THEM

This place is a total scam, they charged me for services they did not complete. At worst of all I'm still in pain after all of their work. The office manager Lacey is supposedly in charge of payment but it was a laborious process to explain to him basic math. If you did not do the procedure refund me the money. It's pretty simple. It's been 3 month and they ignore me my calls and emails. Whatever you do, do not go here!

Not crazy about this practice here. While reading the reviews, many low scores is exactly what happened to me. I will never go to this office again. Your mouth is $$$$$ to them and that's it. The guy who brings the news on how much work they think you need done and how much it's going to cost is rude as can be. The face on the other end of line isn't so friendly either. While you have a lot of choices, especially in this neck of the woods, do not pick this place. I found me a great practice in NoHo and everyone has been amazing.

They changed locations & the new one is really nice! The only bad thing is that the ortho only comes I think once or 2x a month.

Pretty sure they scam people and make them pay for procedures they do not at all need. I had seen a dentist 6 months prior who I had been with for 4+ years and was told I did not need any work. The dentists at this practice did not do the same. They said I needed SO much work and that it would cost an exorbitant amount of money. This practice takes advantage of people. Also when the dentist took a look at my mouth with instruments, he did not use gloves. Really unsanitary. This place is basically a dental mill that pries on people who don't know any better.

People giving 5 stars to this place have been payed to place their reviews that way. Trust me. This place seems nice enough but it's a scam. They find all these problems and want to charge and arm and a leg. My insurance didn't cover anything and they charged me $300 for a basic cleaning. Look elsewhere. Better dentist out there that are decently priced .

My 1st appointment resulted in 6 hours at the dental office for a filling, there are only 3 dentist in the office and 2 of them actually attend the patients and other doctor seats in the office. The 2 doctors treat 3 or 4 patients at the same time and that results in delay of the procedure. Also, end my visit they refuse to provide me with after visit summery, still after 4 weeks they're giving me a run around. Something fishy is going on at this dental office!

I have been bringing my son here for many years they have been excellent with taking care of him even my husband came here to take care of some infection he had in one tooth when I came to get a cleaning I do have a heart condition so the cleaning has to be a deep cleaning I had no problem with that then Dr. Boudaie said he wanted to replace my filling and said I had a couple cavities that's when a guy came in with a folder with prices and stated he would run my insurance a few days later the lady from the front desk calls me and tell me nothing was covered which I know is not true because my insurance covers all dental then she tells me I have 11 cavities how did I go from having a couple cavities to 11 then she tell me it's going to cost 3,400 for everything that's when I lost confidence with them

Great location, and great prices and good work very professional dentist office all the employees are friendly and politely to all patients I have never heard of any complaints.ill refer everyone to go if you need a good dentist who cares about your smile. Dr. Boudaie and the Family Dentistry crew are rock stars. I've been coming here every six months for approximately four years and, every time, I feel like I'm seeing family. They are intelligent, thorough, friendly, and communicate their suggestions with respect. I've had root canals, cavity fillings, small composite fixes, a mouth guard molding, and an Invisalign exam. They partner with other agencies to provide affordable solutions for more expensive "tune-ups" and will perform multiple procedures during a single check-up to keep your office visits to a minimum. They even have an in-house orthodontist, which is incredible convenient. Every visit is far more than a check-up. I leave having learned something new about my teeth and how to keep them healthy for as long as possible. Thank you, Dr. Boudaie and crew. I'll be seeing you again soon!

Daniel Boudaie's Dental Practice Is The Only Dental Office I Trust In Los Angeles. I Had Amazing Dental Work Done Last Year, and Always Go To Them For My Check-ups and Extra Dental Procedure. LACEY The Financing Guy Took Great Care of Me and Hooked Me Up With a Very, Very, Affordable Plan... That Does Not Break My Bank lol. THANKS LACEY... I LOVE YOU GUYS. Tommy.
