Cindys career in the dental field spans well over two full decades, with most of that time spent right here at Dr. McNews practice. She attended Eastfield College and is also certified through the Scheduling Institute and Smart Training. What she enjoys most about her job is getting to know the patients so well over time.
Originally from Mesquite, Cindy has a daughter who is currently attending Texas Tech and a son who is studying automotive mechanics at UTI. Her husband works as a massage therapist. When she isnt busy at work, her favorite hobbies include spending quality time with her family, reading books, and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot so far is Costa Rica!
Katies career in the dental field spans over five years so far. After studying at Georgia Perimeter College, she attended East Texas Dental Assisting School. Today, what she enjoys most about being a part of Dr. McNews practice is getting to work with such wonderful women who feel just like family. The patients are awesome too!
After studying at Collin County Community College, Briana completed her training at Houston Dental Assistant School. Today, shes been working in the field for nearly five years. She loves seeing happy patients and their smiling faces every day at the practice!
Kari is a Rockwall native, and shes been working alongside Dr. McNew for over 23 years so far. She attended Texas A&M Commerce and has a teaching degree in addition to her RDA status. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is an easy answer the patients!
Kari and her husband Mike have two teenagers who are currently in high school. Most of her free time away from the office is taken up by their busy schedules. Other hobbies include enjoying the outdoors and hanging out with their familys various pets. They even have a chinchilla!

I just Love Everyone at McNew Dental because they are so Friendly and Professional. Always willing to take their time to go above and beyond to help you achieve the best experience. I Totally Recommend These Folks For Any and All Of Your Dental Care!! McNew Dental Simply Put IS The Very Best In Rockwall, Texas!! This is My Second Visit and it's even better than the first . I was Totally Blown Away by Everyone's Kindness, and Professionalism to me. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease by providing me with pillows and a blanket as well as the best 70's and 80's Pandora Music Mix from My High School Days that had Everyone at Ease and either humming or singing along to include me. Dr. McNew even went far and above what I ever imagined any Dentist to do for a patient by ordering Smoothies for Her Entire Staff and Me since I had an all day appointment. Now that was Awesome. Dr. McNew's touch is gentle and attentive to your pain as well. I never would have thought I would ever say that I actually enjoyed going to the Dentist, but I actually and truly did. I look forward to My upcoming visit on Friday. I Highly Recommend Dr. McNew's Dental Office to Everyone! Hands Down The Very Best Rockwall, Texas has to offer for all of Your Dental needs.

As always the customer service was so personable that it felt more like an extended member of the family was caring for my needs. Doctor McNew knows her clients and ensures your comfort during all procedures, she talks through exactly what she is doing and ensures you are comfortable and pain free. I wouldn't use any other provider for my dental needs.

As always, I am very happy with the service that I received today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a trio of staff members at the front desk. They were so happy and the greeting was very genuine. I work in healthcare, so I understand the importance of this - an incoming patient may have had a difficult day, may have some anxiety about a dental procedure they are about to have, but things like this helps. Those at the front desk are truly the "table setters" for the whole facility. I had a routine cleaning, but asked if they could do a filling that they recommended on my previous visit (that I never scheduled). Even though they were very busy, Dr. Stein was able to work me in, I never felt like she rushed the procedure, and she did a great job. It's been said, that if you are fortunate to find a good mechanic, plumber, HVAC technician... you better keep them. I think the same can be said about those you entrust with your dental health. So, I'm taking this advice when it comes to my dentists. Very pleasurable experience every time!

It was my first visit. The office was very clean. The wait time was zero and that is always a plus. The office staff, Elizabeth very helpful and friendly. Kaylee and Dr.Stein were awesome. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly and had beautiful bed side manners. I will definitely make Dr. Stein and her staff my dental family for the future. I agree with the other reviews. They deserve a 10 star rating. I absolutely love everyone at McNew Dental. They are so nice and thorough. They take time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. They don't act rushed like they are trying to move you along so they can get to their next patient. They can accommodate anyone even if you are in a wheelchair. Dr Stein and her assistant are the absolute best. I just love them all. We are so very glad we found their office. The front staff are just awesome. I can't say enough about everyone there. They are great.
