I had a good experience when I was seen the first time at this practice for a cleaning and filling. When I went in a second time for the same I had a great deal of pain and I tried everything I could think of to alert Dr Chu to my extreme discomfort to no avail. My motions went unheeded and I was left in great pain. When the office staff called to verify my third appointment I asked if Dr Chu would pay closer attention to my motions and I was told that this could not be verified by the DDS. I do not think that is acceptable and for this reason I am listing a very low rating.
