Dr. Stone is a native of South Carolina. He graduated from Aiken High School in 1970, and the University of South Carolina in 1974. Dr. Stone graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina - College of Dental Medicine in 1977.
Dr. Stone has practiced General Dentistry in Lavonia since 1977. He is pleased to be helping patients from new family members up to third generations. He is happy to work with long-time employees who enjoy each other and enjoy helping others. Dr. Stone says, 'We don 't have jobs, we have fulfilling careers.'
On the personal side, Dr. Stone is a firm believer in faith in God, family, and fitness.Dr Stone and his wife, Pam, have two wonderful daughters who are married to terrific sons-in-law and have blessed them with two (soon to be three) beautiful grandchildren. Dr. Stone says with a big smile, We are thoroughly enjoying the fun and excitement of being grandparents!
Cammie has been in the dental field since 1995 and has worked with Dr. Stone for over 20 years. She is the first smiling face to greet you when you walk into our office and she assists in the back of the office when needed.
Cammie graduated from Franklin County High School and Truett McConnell College. She has a daughter, Taylor, in college. She loves staying active and busy with her family and friends. Cammie enjoys her job and meeting and serving others.
Dean came to our practice after graduating from the Anderson, SC Dental Assisting Program in 1978. She has been with the practice for over 40 years. Dean is Dr. Stone 's 'right-hand.' They work so well together that she knows what he needs before he asks for it. She is a very pleasant person to talk to and always makes a person feel at ease while in the dental chair.
Julie enjoys caring for her patients with a gentle, thorough touch and a smile! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grown daughter Hayley, husband Erik and two adorable pugs Oscar and Zoey.
Shelly has been part of our practice since 2005. She has been in dentistry since 1995. Shelly is a graduate of URG and Lanier Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She is also a graduate of the Dental Assistant program from Lanier Technical College.
Ashley Bridges is a recent and welcome addition to our staff. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 12 years since graduating from Athens Technical College in 2007. She enjoys getting to know and building relationships with her patients.

WOW!!! My first visit to Dentist Stone was one of the Greatest and Welcoming experience I've ever had!!! The dental assistant I had was the best!!! Dr. Stone Thank you!!!

The absolute worst dentist I have ever been to. I went to get new dentures and after 4months of going back n forth, they still were not right. They had sharp edges, too short, and too yellow. He finally told me to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money on him.

Other than reading my social security number out loud and indirectly talking about my personal life. It was pretty good. Best cleaning I've had in 5 years because I haven't been to the dentist since then but they used to get the part touching the gums too much but the lady who cleaned me was pretty delicate with it. Shows passion for the job and leads you on to sell more dental products and good advice. Although I spent 6 months once not brushing my teeth during my 5 year venture of no dental insurance and it just proves more about the American diet and how we cause our cavities by what we drink and eat process sugar wise. I also only went because of a coin flip of 1-3 and it was 2 not because his name is stone I do floss though Also I'm sorry about having my fly open i have been working 7 days for almost 3 months now.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr.Stone and his staff. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly and since I had an issue, this was priority. Dr. Stone was gentle and direct in my care - taking care of my problem efficiently. Can't wait to go back for a cleaning

Had appointment for 1:30 and they didn't show up to 1:45 and they didn't even apologize or anything about being late and making me late for the rest of my day. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I get to the dentist 15 min early to do paper work. Girls not on the phone right...she starts giving my paper work. Phone rings she stops getting it. She takes a call from someone about their bill. I'm standing there, and standing...10 min later I set down. I c another girl and say can u give me my paper work please? Other girl sees and hears yet she continues on the phone. Never apologized, nothing. What is wrong with people! Beat all theres a guy in front of me! I'm gonna b setting here about 35 to 45 min minimum on top of my appointment being at 11:30!

Anxiety is always high when I see a new dentist. Well, not this time! This guy is outstanding, along with his assistant! Very gentle and takes his time during the appointment. I was very comfortable during my visit. This office get my approval.

Very impressed with Dr Stone and his staff. Very friendly and nice and very gentle while doing the cleaning and exam. I defiantly recommend him if you are looking for a good dentist.
