Went for two cleanings last year. They couldn't figure out why I was having pain even though I mentioned both times that a wisdom tooth had been cracked for several years and seemed to have gotten bigger. Nice people but they took a long time getting insurance claim filed. Also billed for X-ray when they had told me it would be covered (second visit).

My son missed an appointment last year. He now has an abscessed tootth. Called to get him an appointment, and was essntially told they won't see him because he missed an appointment? Dr. Morley needs to retire. He obviously does not care about patient well-being. He needs a good butt kicking.

I got my wisdom teeth out there, didn't even numb me or anything and when I went back for a dry socket he popped me in the mouth for being to loud. I was screaming in pain!! He's way way to rough

Went to have a tooth pulled and he busted my mouth cause his hand slipped, crushed the tooth sent me home with several pieces of the tooth still in my mouth. :( He was supposed to fill another tooth he filled half of it and sent me home, i called back and they told me to come back in 10 days and they would finish it.

This dentist put bruises on me as a child! They held me down to put caps on my teeth. He scarred me and traumatized me! I now get such bad anxiety about going to dentists!! I am now 35 and can't believe he's still in dentistry!

To rough. Left a bruise on my daughters cheeck. They didnt even numb her. They dont even deserve the one star rating. They have left metal shavings in her last visit....

Worst dentist office even. He is definitely not professional and doesn't know how to treat kids He talking to my kid horribly even if he was joking about tying my kid up with a rope because he freaked out when he saw the needle doesn't give him any right to treat him like that. Doesn't deserve a star

I avoided the dentist for years due to dishonest practices and price gouging. After seven years I had occasion to see a dentist and I was fortunate to select Dr. Morely. He and his entire staff restored my faith in dentistry. They are consummate professionals in an atmosphere of comfort and compassion. If you can get past the fact he is an avid Vols fan , I highly recommend his practice.
