An amazing Dentist. Military and Family Friendly. Dr. Burroughs went above and beyond and cleaned my teeth. Thank you Dr. Cindy and TEAM!!!

Have been looking for a new dentist since the passing of my favorite dentist! Really liked Dr. Burroughs was friendly did a great job. Unfortunately the last time my daughter visited she had a few cavities the aid who filled them missed one or something. When I needed to bring her back to be seen because it was hurting her they no longer accepted her insurance. So I had to take her elsewhere to get the now abscesses tooth pulled by someone My child or I didn't even know. Very upsetting situation. Hope your experience is better!

I had a crown in the front of my mouth(visible) that became unglued. I went to Cynthia for help. She glued it back in with a glue that wasn't very strong and didn't get it positioned back the way it was before. She told me it may come back out. It did the next day.(thanksgiving weekend). If she thought it might come back off, why didn't she do whatever it took to prevent that from happening? The crown was either swallowed or landed in my plate at a restaurant and thrown away. It cost alot of money! GONE! When They opened, I called. Was told she would build me a tooth. She used a tool to shoot pins in my tooth that reminded me of a nail gun. I think the great force of it cracked what tooth I had left. It felt uncomfortable and sore. Didn't last long before it became loose and wiggled. So, I call back. They get me in, Don't even x-ray to see if tooth is cracked. She again uses that forceful tool to apply another pin and builds up another tooth. Shows it to me in a mirror. My front tooth had been pushed toward my other front tooth causing them to overlap. Instead of correcting what caused that, she started drilling away and disfiguring that good tooth. After that, the tooth she built up never felt like I could bite on it, like it would break if I did so, never did. Then, it got infected. She blamed it on the root canal. Said the work she did was fine, no crack. Then, why does the tooth wiggle? Now she wants to destroy two good teeth to form a bridge. No, I'm going to get an implant! Then I'm gonna report her to the Ky board of dentistry. She ACTS so sweet, was hoping she'd do the right thing and pay for an implant.I don't care how sweet she acts to be.... She totally did the wrong things. Bad judgement.

Dr Burroughs is great! She had to pull four of my 8 year olds baby teeth and was so patient with him. I could not ask for a better place for dental care. I have been seeing her for many years. Highly recommend!

I had a really bad experience,first I wasn't completely numb when she extracted two of my teeth and after I left the secountary lied and said I had a 60 day supply of tramadol. I have never had a 60 day supply of tramadol only 30 day and that was in October,so I'm suffering in pain because the only pain relief was ibuprofen. I would definitely not recommend this dentist.....

Gave me an appt and then refused to see me because I had to cancel am appt.they could've told me before I had to find a sitter and rush there just to find out they decided not to take me
