Dr. Harrell has been serving needs of your neighbors and Troy, MO since 1986, continually improving available techniques. Dr. Harrells services are need based, with a cooperative approach between patient and doctor. Great Smiles provides thorough dental care with Dr. Harrells services including basic cleanings, fillings, but also crowns, implants, braces, root canals and dentures. We work hard to make you feel at ease by getting to know our patients and developing personal relationships.
Angie grew up in Troy Missouri and graduated from Buchanan High School in 1994. She then went to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to pursue her degree in Dental Hygiene graduating in 1998. In November 1999 Angie joined the team at Great Smiles. In her spare time Angie enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage son, shopping and has a passion for fitness.
Jennifer was born and raised in Troy, Missouri and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1997. She attended St. Louis Community College Forest Park where she pursued her career in dental hygiene. Jennifer joined the Great Smiles team in July 2002 where she strives to make patients feel comfortable and enjoy their visit. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping and making others smile.

Love everyone in this office! They changed my life with mini implants after struggling for years with bad fitting dental plates. If anyone is debating on whether to go there, you should without hesitation. Dr. Harrell is great and the staff are soooo kind. Everyone there truly cares about their patients and it shows. I am now free to eat whatever I want and it's wonderful! I have no cons to speak of and don't anticipate any in the future. Thanks to everyone there for taking such good care of me!

I've been seeing Dr. Harrell and his awesome staff for 12 years now, and I'd recommend his practice to anyone! They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, and Dr. Harrell really listens to you and makes sure you know all of your options before performing any work.
