This guy is the biggest hack in the industry... A $2000 root canal and crown ended up destroying tooth that now has to be pulled out by an oral surgeon..... I wouldn't trust this clown to clip my fingernails

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in a few years ago for a routine cleaning, first time there. They did X-rays and he found 2 cavities (I've never had a cavity in my life but figured wow ok) let him do the filling and he did an awful job. He drilled to low, destroyed my tooth and then said " it was that bad". how does one go from having nothing to "that bad". Not only did I pay a bunch for this poor job I also now have two messed up teeth that ended up needing root canals because of his drill happy hands! Do not recommend, get a second opinion first

I have been waiting to make this review in order to allow the work that was done to fully heal. Back in Oct 2020 I had a crown put on one of my teeth that I knew was going to need a crown. His prognosis is not where I have the problem but instead it was his very heavy hand. This is not the first time I have had a crown so I had a very good understanding of what to expect but the amount of force that Sater used to drill and grind down my tooth was in no way necessary. I felt like he was drilling for gold and it was quite painful. As I awaited the permanent crown I had extreme pain on that side of my mouth to the point that I was unable to apply any pressure. I called after 3 weeks of dealing with this pain and was told it could take 6 months to fully heal. It has been 8 months and although the pain has eased it is by no means where it should be and has plateaued so I don't expect it to get better. The crown I have from my previous dentist does not react to cold or pressure. I feel this guy ground too much of my tooth away leaving the root exposed on top of what I believe is substandard material used with the permanent crown. I have to be very aware of anything cold on that side of my mouth and pressure is a dull annoyance but still apparent. I won't be going back to that dentist unless it is to seek some type of compensation when I have to ultimately repair his "work" in the future. Stay away from this dentist!!

My experience with this dentist is horrible first time I went to them I had a wisdom tooth coming in and they told me it would be 500 to extract the tooth. The dentist came in didn't say one word to me and pulled the tooth within a matter of 3 min in and out pretty rough. I go to pay and they say 800 and change I ask why they said it's different with every tooth and what it takes to get them out. I'm not sure how much easier it could have gotten. I then call later on and make an app. For a filling the front desk said Wednesday and not a date so I figured it was the following wed. Before then I get a letter in the mail saying iv been charged 25$ for missed app. No one called me. Nothing but they make sure they send me emails to remind me I need a cleaning. This office will nickel and dime you. Give you one price and then when your done your paying much more and unlike my dentist In E. Gallie no reminder calls or text. I didn't want to make the 45 min drive to EG but iv learned my lesson with this office. I DO NOT recommend Craig Sater dentist office.

This office called to confirm my appt for FOUR days away. Great, BUT I said I needed to cancel because I forgot about my appt and had work. They lady said there might be a $25 cancellation fee.. I said it's FOUR DAYS AWAY why would there be a fee? She said I know how many days it is away I'm looking at the calendar. VERY RUDE. I will never be back to this office nor will I ever recommend anyone. To be quiet honest I will tell ppl to stay AWAY. Completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

He overcharges a lot. He will make things seem worse then they are. He will drill further then needed until the tooth is dead and then requires a cap. Be extremely careful with this place. I went in for a routine cleaning. He convinced me one of my front teeth had a cavity (that had no plain) then drilled all the way into the root killing the tooth and causing me pain. Then after only 2 visits he capped out my insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket for a cap. I had only been to another cleaning for that cycle of my dental insurance. I went to a different dentist and that I saw prior to him and they could bot tell me why he drilled that far. They had my x-rays from the prior cleaning. On that previous x-ray I didnt have a cavity. To make this whole situation worse when I came back to have the cavity drilled he wasnt ever supposed to drill the front tooth that day. I asked for a back tooth(which actually needed it and was sensative to cold) to be drilled. He convinced me that I should get the front one drill and that it was extremely small so it would take long. Then he just keep saying there was decay and even he assistant look like she was in shock when he kept drilling. They test with a pick to see if there is still decay and you can tell when it sticks a bit. It did stick the first time he tested it so I do believe there was decay. But then later pick tests were not sticking and he was using so much pressure I couldn't keep my head from shifting. In short get a second opinion before doing any work with him.

I want to thank Dr. Sater and his staff for helping put together a comprehensive plan on keeping my teeth in tiptop shape. After my initial visit I scheduled an appointment to have five teeth filled/cavities repaired. The procedure was painless, quick, and I feel he did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend giving his office a chance to earn your business. His many years in the industry shows in his work. Thanks Bryan Long

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff and Dr. Sater are amazing people and make going to the dentist enjoyable. I just went and got a wisdom tooth extracted and I was so scared and nervous but was fast and easy. The staff made sure I was comfortable. They always make visits fun. I will never go to another dentist.

First let me start by saying I am a california " transplant " meaning that image is everything I never went to a " true " dentist always to a cosmetology dentist someone that would make the teeth and smile look good but never get to the problem. Well years later I had a real problem. I moved to florida and unfortunately every dentist I went to wanted to over charge me for everything ( i work for INS company) if i wanted an extraction they would make up any excuse to say " you DON'T need to do an extraction ( 70 bucks with ins) let me do a root canal ( 25000) God does not want you to have uneven teeth " YES they even used God as an excused!! . So i always had this idea that Dentist are like used car salesman. UNTIL THIS office Jeremy is great, he tells you how much everything is going to cost you. Honest, Smart, and professional and NOT there to make a buck off you. The dental hygienist Astin Such a lovely person understood my anxiety keep me calm very knowledgeable I cant thank her enough. Dr Sater what can I say a true professional !!! He went out of his way to make me feel NOT scare and have the least amount of pain as possible. If you are looking for a dentist please try this place. This is an honest review.

Dr. Sater is absolutely amazing. His staff are so extremely kind and gentle and very nice.....especially Jeremy. I have a huge fear of Dentists and on an Emergency situation I contacted Dr. Sater's office and was given an appointment the very next morning. Jeremy went out of his way to help guide me through and was very understanding of my fears. Every body made me feel so comfortable and were very accommodating. Dr. Sater's work was fantastic and very, very professionally done. I can not say enough good things about this dental office. I am a Winter Snow Bird here in the Cocoa area, and you can be sure that if I ever need to go to a Dentist here again, I will go out of my way to go to Dr. Sater. Thank You to all of you for being so wonderful.
