My 7 kids have been enrolled with them for 5 years and the staff has always treated them with care & been super genuine & transparent with us. They have on multiple occasions understood our schedule as busy parents and rescheduled appointments for us without any inconvenience. We love them! Thank you to the receptionist for always being so kind & especially to rest of the staff. We drive all the way from lake jackson for them :) Especial thank you to their dentist! He's the sweetest.

This morning I met with a very young and a professional dental hygienist. The best thing I liked was her approach. After introducing herself, she had a brief conversation about my expectations and what she would be doing. Right there she broke the ice of a "fearful person". Good job, I got relaxed. I didn't have to worry any more. She has a beautiful and soft tone. She is a very caring young lady. You have to believe me, I felt my daughter was taking good care of me. Thank God. Thank you very much for the wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her. FIVE STARS

For some reason I was SO nervous yesterday about getting a filling. The injection is what I was nervous about. The dentist (I believe her name is Dr. Moore) and young lady (Carlie?) took excellent care of me. They talked to me, showed me what we needed to do, calmed me down...and the procedure was successfully done. It took me a little time after that to calm completely down; but they took excellent care of me and got the job done. To God be the Glory.

My children look forward to visiting the dentist for every appointment! They absolutely love this dental facility. The dental assistants are always welcoming and interactive with my kids. Dr. Ellison is absolutely terrific with them as well. He makes sure to give each child there individual time to interact with them and make them feel happy to be there. This facially is really kept clean and is also taking all the precautions due to Covid-19.

Dr. Patel and staff made this scaredy cat feel completely at ease from check-in to treatment plan options. I do wish, however, there were more seating options for those of us who are "fluffy" but overall, the visit was pleasant (for the dentist) and 10/10 would recommend.

The ambiance in the office is nice. They are very particular about their COVID restrictions which helped me feel comfortable. Dr Ellison and his assistant were very good and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I would definitely recommend this office.

I was referred by another doctor to this practice. Dr Patel was very thorough and gave honest feedback on the reason I was referred. The hygienist- Amy was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. She was able to work me in so I wouldn't have to come back. She explained the cleaning and what the terminology meant, she was very personable. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend others to come here.

Very professional and friendly. I don't wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes and I was greeted by Amy the Hygienist (she was absolutely awesome). Dr. Patel was friendly and informative, very detail oriented. I plan to switch my husband and son from their dental office over to Shadow Creek because they accept all of our insurance and they are very proud of their pediatric services.

I was referred to this place by our regular dentist for oral surgery to have my kids' wisdom teeth removed. I made an appointment over the phone for both of my kids at the same time (16 & 17 years old). We get there only to find out that it was just a consult, and they had to get prior authorization from insurance to have the surgery done, I was not made aware of this when I scheduled an appointment (strike 1); so now it's going to be AT LEAST another 2 months before the actual surgery can happen because 2 weeks for insurance approval and another month and a half before they have 2 appointments open on the same day (strike 2). During the consult a girl came in and gave us a rundown of what to do before the actual surgery. It was during this that I was told that if I schedule them both at the same time I have to bring someone else with me to help take care of them. I told them I'm a single parent and that I literally had no one else and can't be taking off work to be scheduling multiple-day appointments, the girl just stood there looking stupid, no offer to even try to work something else out (strike 3). Whoever the doc dude was that came in before she did was cool though, the place was clean, and the ladies in the front were nice though.

Everyone was so friendly and there was very little wait to get in and for the dentist to come in which is a definite plus with a small child. Dr. Ellison was professional and kind and the dental assistant was sweet and accommodating.

It has been a pleasure to go to this Dentist for almost 4 years or maybe more but each time, I leave happy & satisfied. They are organized & very professional. My Hygienist shows so much interest in what she does, and not even COVID19 gets in the way. I would not hesitate to tell my family & friends about them.
