Pretty good so far! I am currently taking my daughter there. They graciously took her in with her pre-existing orthodontics on from my previous home town in Oregon. I went to Darmitzel orthodontics and they wouldn't accept my daughter without stripping out the whole pre-existing orthodontics and putting on a new one as if she was a new patient billing me for a whole new treatment (thousands of dollars). I am grateful for Dr. Pick to accept my daughter with her current orthodontics from Oregon and complete the treatment for a couple of thousands dollars. One drawback about this office is their hours. I find it challenging to make an appointment on what works best for me or my daughter's father. I am a little happy that my boss is okay with me leaving work (I am a teacher) early in the afternoon. Even though I feel a little bad about leaving work, their staff is friendly. I like Dr. Pick. She has some cool tools. I enjoyed observing them. Thank you, Dr. Pick, for working with my daughter's pre-existing orthodontics.

I love Dr Pick. I worked with her twice to close a severe open bite/ tongue thrust. We tried retainers and braces the first time when I was 12, braces at 14, when my teeth were aligned. The second time was as an adult when I chose orthnathic surgery to realign and close my open-bite. I loved working with her as a child because she let me pick colors to match my mood, explaining everything as we went along. And as an adult she allowed me to choose the clear ceramic brackets. I would like to work with a 3rd time to fix one tooth (because I didn't wear my retainers) and would travel back to Santa Fe from Seattle just to work with her again. She takes great pride and care in her patients and highly recommend her to anyone!

I had work done here a few years ago. After I had my braces removed I received a removable retainer. I had this retainer for about 2 months before I broke it and had to wait for it to be repaired. While I was waiting for the retainer to be repaired, one of my new adult teeth finished growing in, it would've been stunted had I not broken and kept wearing the retainer. When I went in to get my repaired removable retainer a few weeks after it broke, it no longer fit because my tooth had grown in. Dr Pick told me not to wear it at all anymore, instead of casting a new retainer to fit, or reshaping the part around my properly grown in tooth. Keep in mind she had originally told me I would be wearing this retainer pretty much all day and night for at least six months. I also had a permanent (bonded) retainer attached when I got my braces off. This permanent retainer broke many times. Each time dr Pick repaired the permanent retainer she would just add more glue. This glue holding the retainer in place would bang against my bottom teeth causing the permanent retainer to break over and over. I had the permanent retainer fixed at least 6 times. I eventually stopped going in because there was no point. I just let the bonded retainer break because it was inevitable. The only place it is still attached is on my two top front teeth. Unfortunately, the glue holding it to one of these teeth is just a huge glob because it had to be fixed so many times. This glob touches my bottom tooth when I close my teeth. Over the years, this has caused my bottom tooth to push my top tooth out at an angle. The root of this tooth is angled backwards and is being pushed backwards into the roof of my mouth. The bottom, visible part, of this tooth sticks out 3mm I was recently told by another professional that this could cause ligament damage if I don't have it fixed, again. I only had braces on my top front 4 teeth. There were no gaps when my braces came off and all the front 4 teeth were aligned. Don't go here. I posted this same review on yelp with pictures for proof.

During a family vacation to Santa Fe, we had an incident with our son's braces that needed immediate attention. Dr. Pick's office quickly returned our call, got us in for an appointment and graciously took care of our orthodontic need. They were professional and efficient. We greatly appreciate them!
