Jodee McGowan has been with us since 2005 and Wendy Cisneros since 2019. They keep our office running smoothly and will greet you at the front desk with a smile. Both have extensive experience with billing and dealing with dental insurance companies.
Our highly skilled Oral Hygienists: Kirsten Malcom RDH, has been with us since 2011, Amy Lindsey RDH, since 2019 and Danielle Gardner RDH, who also grew up in Tillamook, since 2015. Their first priority is to listen and understand your needs and concerns, while making you feel relaxed and comfortable at every visit. They work with Dr. Opdahl to provide you the best care possible specific to your individual needs.
Our exceptional Dental Assistants, all native to Tillamook: Magan Rawe EFDA, has been with us since 2004, Lisa Hayden EFDA, since 2019, Carol Averill EFDA, since 1997, and Tanya Lea CDA, EFDA, since 2000. While assisting Dr. Opdahl, they also contribute to our friendly atmosphere and assure our accomodations are comfortable and our service exceptional. They, along with all the staff here, hope to serve you and your family for generations to come.

Great dentist, his assistants were all very nice. overall a great experience and I have problems going to a new dentist. I would recommend them if you are nervous, they are kind and make you feel comfortable.

I have a total fear of dentists, to the point of panic attacks. Dr. Opdahl and his staff put me at ease and got the work I needed done quickly.

I had a horrible fear of dentists and I was terrified to go for many years because of something that happened when I was a child. But since I have started going to Dr. Opdahl he has put my fears to ease. I've been going there now for years and would not go anywhere else! He is so wonderful and his staff as well. My hygienist Venita is awesome!

I've always been anxious about going to the dentist but Dr. Opdahl has made it so much more enjoyable. He is so kind, understanding, and genuinely enjoys his job. The hygienists are caring and very knowledgeable. This place is definitely worth it. I wish I would of found this place sooner!

Dr Opdahl and his kind staff are genuinely gifted. I was on vacation and cracked my tooth into the root. I have had a very bad dentist in the past and was afraid to go. His staff were kind and professional. Everything was state of the art and exceptionally sanitary! I was cold and they even got me a blanket. I even scheduled another appointment during my vacation to get a filling fixed! His pricing is great too! I know The same work in Chicago wound have cost me 3x's as much. I will be coming back to visit family again this year and will schedule again then for another cleaning. His hygienist & dental staff made me laugh and were detailed in my tooth care! I am So grateful!

Super easy to talk to and does great work. My husband has had a lot of work done there and is very happy with his experience. My four and two year old also like Dr. Opdahl. Great experience overall.

I was told my insurance would cover the work done but when I got my bill, it was not covered. I ended up going into the Hospital shortly after for an emergency hip replacement and had to stay with my dad for a couple months. When I got back into town, I went right down to pay my bill and make an appointment to have them put in a new tooth cap that fell out and was swallowed. ( one they just put in a few months ago.) It had been turned into collection! So I paid for a tooth that was never fixed! No attempt to contact me. My family had been customers for over 10 years and always paid our bill. Now looking for a new dentist...

My husband had a tooth pulled and Dr Opdahl didn't make sure he was numb enough and therefore my husband didn't want to go back. My 4 year old needed some filings and Dr Opdahl wanted me to take him to Portland in November to do it. My 18 year old has bad teeth and because Opdahl told him to stop drinking so much soda, he doesn't want to go to any dentist for fear of judgement. In my opinion, Dr Opdahl isn't a very good dentist. I had my teeth pulled there too and he doesn't send off for dentures, he refers to denturists instead. He also didn't numb me very well either, but I just dealt with the pain. I would not recommend him to anyone, especially someone with children.
