Been here for more than 2 hours and still no surgery... stuck with this view! Should of read reviews before appointment. My bad! Recommendation... Save yourself time and money and find another doctor

I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone in the office was super nice and accommodating! Made sure I felt comfortable before going into surgery! I was referred to Dr. Coke by Dr. Lisi, another great dentist in allen. I would recommend Dr. Coke to my friends for any wisdom teeth needs!

Completed disorganized, disrespectful and reactive employees in your office Dr. Coke. During examination visit I have told I may take Uber home after surgery and when I have arrived on surgery day and NO. I personally like Dr. Coke, as first impression. Just not employees, they have called me dozen of times for confirm and get information from me. What is really push me off from rescheduling surgery for another day is nobody apologized and very reactive talking from front desk person. Sorry you have deal with this Dr. Coke.

Unfortunately, I must give the lowest number of stars because not providing detail instruction for the surgery and not providing accurate treatment cost . I had to pay much more that what they give me the estimate. Also, surgery get rescheduled with not providing instruction prior to 1 day. Appointment and waiting time is long.

Dr. Coke and staff provided an unparalleled level of care when I required some scary dental surgery recently. Dr. Coke immediately put me at ease, talked me through the entire procedure that I was going to have, and made me feel comfortable. The procedure went well, and the after-care was amazing. They called me the day after, to be sure I was okay. Thanks, Dr. Coke and staff!

Unfortunately, I must give the lowest number of stars because I NEVER saw the doctor. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment. It appears this office is notorious for over-scheduling and making patients wait hours. I would have been a new patient. I arrived ten minutes early to fill out paperwork, but I left after an hour's wait. I asked the desk 45 minutes into my wait how much longer; I was promised to be out at the top of the hour. They put me in a room and left me. I will watch my insurance to see if they file a claim. Suppose they do file a claim. They will have to list the services provided, which were NONE. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

My Mom waited 2 hours and Dr. Christine Coke never came in the room to look at my Mom's tooth problem. Dr. Coke had her assistant come in, and Refer my Mom to a hospital to get this tooth removed. Insulting Dr. Coke never came in the room and to speak with my Mom therefore never looked at her mouth...... Never hire Dr. Coke, very bad care.

While yes I did have a bit of a wait; I was warned ahead of time that there would be said wait. But honestly with any type of surgeon you should expect a wait. The expectation that they're going to get to you immediately is silly. That being said I had an amazing experience with all of the staff involved. From the second I walked in to the second I left. I had my toddler with me and they made EVERY effort to keep him just as happy as I was. Even though he wasn't a patient they let him pick toys from their kids chest. Which for a toddler goes a long way. They even let him pet their emotional support dog they keep at the office, which again my son was not even the patient. Beyond that they were all VERY personable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Just got my wisdom teeth out and they were so kind and courteous the whole way through. I was pretty nervous about the procedure due to bad experiences in the past with dentists, but they made me feel comfortable and calm and were so kind! I'm now home and now I barely have any swelling. They did a great job in all areas of the extraction! Would recommend to anyone :)

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted a couple weeks before my wedding. I had minimal bruising & swelling. I still looked amazing on my wedding day. I might just send Dr. Coke a photo of my amazing smile. LOL. The first 3 days are VERY difficult, you may need someone to help you if you have children. I had a hard time keeping food down and Dr. Coke was kind enough to prescribe me something for that. I want to switch all my dental needs to Dr. Coke and she is one of the FEW FEMALE ORAL SURGEONS! Girl power! Love it!

Went in Tuesday afternoon, after my consultation they told me to go pick up my meds. Meds were never called in and the following morning they apologized stating "she didnt know she was supposed to call them in that day". Once I finally got my meds I explained to Dr. Coke that the Tramadol was not working, the lady at the front desk explained "that happens a lot with tramadol" but then they stated they would not prescribe anything else after acknowledging that there are better pain meds out ther

Honestly haven't even had my surgery yet! But the staff makes you feel like family! They are always just a smiling away and make you laugh and make you feel really good about the whole situation! I have had amazing experience so far and I know on my surgery day they will make it even more special! Dr.Coke really is very honest and makes you feel special and cares for you as a patient! She was so honest with me even though I was trying to do it 2 days before my wedding she was very awesome!!!! I couldn't recommend a better Dr!!!! Honestly I have several people that I will refer to her just because she and her staff are so loving and caring about you!

i've never had surgery before, but for the first time..i can say it was not bad at all! these people made you feel at home, and the surgery was so quick they made no mistakes and also made sure i was leaving happy and attended! highly recommend these people!

I have now had 4 extraction and implants done. Each time I go the staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Coke always explains the procedures well and is very compassionate. She goes the extra mile to ensure my nervousness and anxiety before and after surgery are well taken care of.
