Dr. Christine Han graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois. While at Northwestern University, she worked in the Peoples Clinic on weekends to provide dental care and services to underprivileged citizens in Chicago.
Following graduation from dental school, she has continued her education to stay abreast of the newest advances in dentistry in the areas of management and treatment of complex dental cases, oral surgical procedures, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, digital dentistry, aesthetic procedures, dental implants and sleep apnea.
Dr. Christine Han has been a longtime and active supporter of Boy Scout Troop 15 in Short Hills, New Jersey. She has been involved in food drives to help support the wonderful work of the Isaiah House in East Orange which has been providing vital shelter, nourishment and support to Essex Countys most fragile citizens. Dr. Han has also been an active supporter and sponsor to Compassion International whose mission is to lift children around the world out of poverty and to provide them with important life skills for a brighter future. Closer to home, she has helped to raise four puppies for the Seeing Eye of Morristown. As the owner of Par Troy Dental Center since 2005, Dr. Han loves delivering high quality dental care to her patients.
As a young student, Dr. Han always had a strong academic aptitude for science, math and art classes which earned her many meritorious awards over the years. She knew from a young age that she wanted to apply her natural affinity for these disciplines to help people. A successful dentist is both a clinician and an artist who is able to diagnose, treat and provide restorations that are seamless while promoting good oral health for the patient.
When she is not caring for her patients,Dr. Han enjoys traveling to new destinations, skiing in Utah, hiking in the Catskill mountains, exercising at the gym and spending time at the Jersey shore. She also loves spending time with her family her children Alyssa and Andrew, her husband, Albert and, their truly wonderful Golden Retriever, Fenton, a retired Seeing Eye dog.

She is by far the best dentist I've visited in 40 years. She has fixed existing problems that resulted from previous dental work somewhere else. Although the office is about 1 hour away from my house, I would keep being a patient; it's absolutely worth the commute. In all that she is doing there is a deep attention to detail, just an example, making sure the gap between tooth is perfect after a filling, she won't let you go until is perfect.

Dr. Han is a great dentist. She is careful during the cleanings and takes time during the exam to walk you through what she sees on the xrays. She also takes COVID precautions very seriously between masking, gloves, disinfecting surfaces, and air filtration. I would happily recommend Dr. Han.

Visited Dr. Han earlier this month. My wife and I had a cleaning earlier this month. Our experience started out alright until it was time to sit on the chair which had dirt on it from the last patient. She is very heavy-handed with her cleaning so you will be sore and bleeding after, some people may like that since it looks like there's some 5 star reviews. What makes her earn this review is that lack of professionalism she displayed with my wife who is a dental assistant and noticed the greatly overlapped x-rays and the fact that just by quickly looking at the poorly taken x-rays she diagnosed 10 caries 8 of which my wife knew were in-fact NOT caries (checked by a reputable and highly rated dentist in Morris County). Once she found out my wife was a dental assistant, she became a bit defensive and began making rude comments about having cavities as a dental assistant. Not coming back.

I have been coming to Dr. Han for a couple of years. One of the best dentist I have met. Dr. Han personally cleans and treats each patient. During the pandemic, she ensured her office met the COVID guidelines! Over the years, I have found her to be a dependable and relatable dentist. Ask her any questions about your procedure and she will be happy to answer it!

My family and I have been going to this dentist for years! She is friendly and cares about her patients. I've seen her clean the chair right after being used by a previous patient. I also love the fact that her office is open on Saturdays and it allows me to go to the dentist without taking off work.

Went to Dr. Han's recently for a cleaning. Dr. Han is an extremely personable doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time with every visit and has a great bedside manner. I would gladly recommend Dr. Han to anyone looking for a dentist that is sincerely concerned with their patients' dental health!

I've been coming to see Dr. Han for 10+ years. She is my family's dentist and she always asks how we are all doing. She is very caring and always tries to achieve 100% satisfaction. She is not part of a big dental group where you get a different dentist everytime! Anytime I had an emergency she would schedule me right in. I highly recommend her for any of your dental needs. During the Covid-19 pandemic she has taken extra steps to protect her patients, like UV air filtration in each room, temperature checks, PPE, etc... 5 stars! Support small local businesses!

Over the holiday weekend, I had an accident and was searching for a reliable and trustworthy dentist to help me. Given current pandemic and risk of contagion, I was especially wary of going to any dentist. Through extensive searching I was able to contact Dr. Han. She called me back within a minute of me leaving a message and upon listening to my issue she determined it was an emergency and checked her calendar. She scheduled me for the very next morning, which was supposed to be her day off(!). As a first time patient, I was very surprised at her willingness to help and prioritizing my issue over her day off. Upon arriving at her office the next day, I felt welcomed by her efforts to keep her office virus-free (using high-tech aerosol and air filtration devices, as well as stringent sanitation protocols, on top of the standard pre-screening & screening procedures) and her use of PPE from head to toe to keep both me and herself safe. The procedure itself was a long and taxing one for me (and probably her too, though she didn't show the slightest hint). But through it all, she kept encouraging me and checking my comfort level, as well as thoroughly explaining everything in detail and taking time to listen to all of my concerns. Once completed, she carefully explained all the precautions and follow up steps I should take until the follow up appointment. She also explained my insurance coverage and payment options in detail, making sure I understood all the details. Overall, I was absolutely satisfied with her treatment and believe she is a very skilled master of her craft. Her dexterity, focus, and attention to detail were tops of any dentist I've visited, and her warm, caring, and humorous demeanor was an added bonus. I left her office with the impression that she works with not only the highest professional standards and sense of duty, but she seems to do so with a sense of humanity and duty to genuinely care for the people she comes across. Based on my experience, I felt that writing this review was the least I could do in return. Needless to say, I will be visiting Dr. Han anytime I need dental care in the future, as well as recommending her (with my highest recommendation, of course) to my friends and family.

Dr. Han is our family dentist. You always get your cleaning from her, not a hygienist. Most recently, I had to go back for a small cavity filling. It was quickly and beautifully done. I can't even tell where my tooth ends and the filling starts. Because of COVID, she has installed a special UV light machine that she positions near your mouth. It sucks up the air near your mouth, draws it into a chamber where it's exposed to UV light, killing all the germs. I really appreciated the extra precaution.

So glad to have found Dr. Han. I've been with her practice for over 2 years, and I get to worry much less about my dental health. She saved one of my teeth, is easy to keep up through appointments, genuinely cares for my well being, and is fun to be with when we meet. Highly recommended.
