Dr. Castro and the entire staff are professional, friendly and caring. This is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Questions are met positively with detailed information. I always feel very confident that my best interest is at the heart of Dr. Castro's recommendations. The staff leaves me feeling my overall well being is important. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but Dr. Castro makes it easy and even enjoyable due to the time and effort taken to make me feel comfortable, and relate to me. I especially appreciate the entire staff's positive attitude and sense of humor.

OMG!! If you are anxious or nervous about going to a dentist like I have been my entire life Dr. Christine Castro is the doctor to see! She is amazing and so is her staff! I always have the best experience! Dr. Christine Castro is gentle and is kind and works slow and gently. I had a deep cleaning yesterday and felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during my procedure or afterwards! Got to watch a great movie and actually relax at the dentist! Who knew! Her assistant Zyndy was just as lovely and kind and patient as Dr. Christine Castro. And you get to look at the ocean and feel an ocean breeze as your teeth are becoming beautiful! I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Christine Castro and her lovely staff for the best dentist experience ever!!

Dr. Christine Castro and all the staff at Smiles Cardiff by the Sea are outstanding! They are the most kind and friendly staff that I have ever been to. I had some work to do after not having gone to the dentist for a bit and all the work was done impeccably, as well! I cannot recommend enough Dr. Castro and her fantastic skills!

I'm very happy I chose to see Dr. Castro as my primary dentist. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Castro is gentle, kind, and thorough. I've never felt so comfortable while getting a filling but the whole process was as painless as possible. I will recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. Castro is an absolute angel. She is so kind and understanding of my dental anxiety. She throws a movie on Netflix and distracts me, so I don't even feel the needle. Everyone in the office greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. After so many years of neglecting my oral health, Dr. Castro has helped me get back on track.

They just care about money and can't keep track of their lies. They told me I didn't remember getting a deep cleaning, they claimed that the valium they prescribed me made me forget I had it done. I know for a fact that I did not see their hygienist for a deep cleaning. They've caused me to go to another dentist for a second opinion who informed me that there is NO EVIDENCE of having a deep cleaning done recently. I had to appeal with medical appeals. They have caused me so much stress over something so simple. They asked me to give them 5 stars after every visit which I just think is completely undeserved at this point. I do not appreciate being lied to. They can't admit that it was their mistake that my deep cleaning wasn't scheduled and made me take it to the state hearing to prove that what they are saying is false. They also lost my boyfriend as a customer who referred me to them for other reasons. I also didn't even need the valium they prescribed. She claimed that because I felt the injection the first time that she wouldn't operate any more future fillings without me taking a relaxant prescribed first. But the new dentist gave me the novocaine without even feeling it or needing a prescription filled.

Dr. Castro and her staff are all friendly and kind. The dental work she has performed on me has been flawless. She is very gentle and meticulous. I have highly recommended Dr. Castro to all my friends and family. AAA rating.

I haven't been lucky enough to have a good gene on my dental side, so I have been experiencing many dentist offices all over the world since I was a teenager ; ) !!! This office has been one of the best I have been treated in, everyone is very friendly and yet very professional. Dr Castro is certainly an affable and delightful person.

When I was looking for a new dentist, a friend had recommended Dr. Castro's Dental Office to me and I am very thankful because Dr. Castro has been the best dentist I have had. Dr. Castro and her staff have alway been very friendly and compassionate every time I have been there. Every procedure I have had from routine cleanings, fillings to deep cleaning have been pleasant experiences with as little pain or discomfort as possible. I definitely recommend Dr. Castro and her staff to anyone in need of high quality dental care.

Amazing dentistry. She numbs you like nobody else. Painless and flawless work. My daughter has had a bad experience at other dentists and was so delighted to have such a good experience. We are very pleased to have found Christine Castro as our dentist.

I have been a patient here for many years now. At my first visit, I realized I would need a lot of work done and Dr. Christine Castro was extremely kind, gentle and supportive throughout the entire process. Her staff are also some of the nicest people I've ever been in contact with in the medical field. Very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this office for many reasons, but mainly because they all go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.

After losing dental coverage through my parents, Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal has been the only affordable option for me and my family. Finding a dentist that accepts Denti-Cal is difficult, especially in North County SD. I am SO GRATEFUL to have come across Dr. Castro and her team. They are kind, professional, and good at what they do. Thank you, Dr. Castro!

Dr Castro is the best. I had all my fillings replaced and it was actually a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Best dental work and guest service Ive ever been through. Highly recommend.
