I have gone to Dr Spann for years as well as my children who are now adults. Today I was unable to get my teeth cleaned because I did not confirm my appointment because they filled my appointment. I cannot recall ever missing an appointment and I did not receive an email. Time to look for another dentist.

Very friendly staff. 2 star rating is because they over estimated my copay and charged me 150 and change extra. Called, left messages. No return call. Putting in dispute with my Credit Card company. Same claim submitted 3 times each with varying amounts. If you go there, keep your copies of paperwork to compare closely with what your insurance provides.

Called to make an appointment and was in the same day. The receptionist was kind and professional and the staff were very nice to my daughter and myself.

I cannot even give this place a rating. I love the front desk and I absolutely adore the Office Manager. She is the sweetest person I have ever met, she truly cares for the patients and staff. As for the rest of the staff.. I can't say so much. My kids were treated poorly and did not receive the attention they should have received, and from what I have heard from multiple other parents it isn't just me that feels this way. Be prepared to not be able to go back with your child for their first dentist appointment, or at all. I highly do not recommend Dr. Christa Spann, or taking your children here. There are far better options around here!

Went there last year to get a cleaning was denied and told it would cost me 700 out of pocket. I have dental coverage and felt that was outrages. Called my dental company and they said find another dentist. I got busy with life and I just now went to another need the same kind of cleaning done and voila it costs me under 200 out of pocket. I was never explain why I needed the other treatment but this other clinic explained everything. When asked why it would costs me 700 I was told cause that's what it costs... we have Tricare dental and I'm covered 60% of this procedure .... I asked if they take tricare dental and was told yes so why charge me the full cost!? Feel they are not military friendly ... needless to say I'd never go there again and don't recommend

My kids have been going to Dr Spann since they we're 5 and now they're 15 and 12. We love it there. I even go there myself.

Love this office & the staff!!! I didn't understand the policy at first about the parents not being allowed back but I get it now, some children are scared of the dentist and want to have mommy or daddy hold them and that's nice and all but the kids need to be able to trust the dentist and it's all female staff very caring with my children, they know them by name and my children absolutely love them. You do not have a long wait before you are called back, once you are back it takes about an hour or more.

I thought this was a very nice & professional place to take my kids & get their dental work done. But for you to take the time & send me a certified letter! Telling me that we are no longer WELCOME here! WOW! Because I asked the question about my children. NOT receiving their receiving toothpaste & dental floss. Was VERY PETTY! Maybe I was being a little PETTY by asking. But parents are expected to be a little AWARE where their children are concerned. Aren't we?

My children being new patients to this office (beautiful from the outside but apparently not so beautiful at heart), we noticed a few things we wanted to address with the office so instead of leaving a bad review my husband called them personally, no toothpaste no floss was given either no little trinkets just a very cheap toothbrush which I am posting a picture of, it's the solid green one the others pictured are for reference (cost $1 for a 5 pack). I have never experienced this before if you complain or ask questions someone will take such offense to this, that the office will not see your children anymore you will be notified via certified letter. My children went for pre scheduled fluoride treatments in June nothing was said then. No one called us to cancel. The call to this office was made March 22 now 4 months later they respond with a certified letter. Seems like it would of made more business sense to learn from some corrective criticism,care,do better & treat everyone fairly! I do not care to come back to this office personally the furniture is very uncomfortable & dingy in the waiting area,the office ladies even had holes in their chairs. What a facade! I pay attention to detail & how my family is treated I hope others will as well! *click on my name then photos to see the certified letter the Dentist sent to us for some reason it wouldn't post with this review.
