Dr. Chris Whetstone was born in California and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. She attended UCLA as an undergraduate and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology. She continued her education at UCLA Dental School where she earned her DDS degree. She has been gently treating patients at her Thousand Oaks office for 27 years. Dr. Whetstone lives in Thousand Oaks. Her daughter recently graduated from California Lutheran University and her son is a junior at USC. They all enjoy traveling together with Alaska and NYC high on the list of favorites. They have 3 pets: a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Comet and 2 cats named Skipper and Yoda.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have 3 children. My oldest son graduated UC Davis and is now working for Solano County, my daughter has graduated Cal State University Channel Islands with a Biology degree and enjoys her work at a lab and my youngest son is at Moorpark College working on his Computer Engineering degree and plans to transfer to UCSB. Our favorite thing to do as a family is travel. To date our favorite destinations have been Alaska, Maui and most recent...Italy! We all tossed a coin in the Trevi with hopes of returning!

Absolutely reccomend Dr Chris W. I has work done in the past and recently and I am super impressed with her work always. I have NO pain at all from her work! My gums do not hurt and are not scratched. She is quick and very talented. I had a cavity done and filling in some other cavities that were going to be problems in the future which she saw and took care of. She is very reasonable with the price if you don't have dental insurance. I will not go to another dentist even if I have dental coverage somewhere else and will still stay with her as my dentist !

Dr. Whetstone is a great dentist. She is gentle, very competent and a very caring dentist. I have been going to her for over 25 years and feel blessed to have her as my dentist.

Dr. Whetstone is the BEST! I was so sad to move across the country because other dentists did not even come close to her professionalism and comforting presence. I always hated going until I found this office. First thing I did when I moved back- made an appointment. This office is simply top notch!
