Dr. Chris Forte attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has 28 outstanding years of experience in dentistry. Dr. Forte is committed to giving you honest opinions about your treatment, and he believes in customized treatment plans and using high quality materials to ensure his patients receive a great value.
Dr. Forte is a member of the Chicago Dental Society and the American Dental Association. To further his education and provide the most up-to-date care possible for his patients, he received additional training for implant placement and restoration at the Dental Implant Institute of Chicago.
Debbie is the newest member of our team. She has been with us for one year. Debbie is skilled at assisting Dr. Forte in all types of procedures. From fillings or whitening to implants and bonding, Debbie is essential to the smooth operation of our office. She welcomes each patient and is knowledgeable in simple and complex dental procedures. She is happy to answer any questions you may have and looks forward to making sure your dental experience is a good one.
Despite moving 30 miles away we still trek to his office for our dental needs. When you find a great dentist you don't let a few miles keep you from going back. Dr. Forte is professional, honest, skilled and friendly. His staff is also wonderful!
