Each member of our team has received extensive training and is committed to your dental health and well-being.
Dr. Chris Forte attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has 28 outstanding years of experience in dentistry. Dr. Forte is committed to giving you honest opinions about your treatment, and he believes in customized treatment plans and using high quality materials to ensure his patients receive a great value.
Dr. Forte is a member of the Chicago Dental Society and the American Dental Association. To further his education and provide the most up-to-date care possible for his patients, he received additional training for implant placement and restoration at the Dental Implant Institute of Chicago.
Debbie is the newest member of our team. She has been with us for one year. Debbie is skilled at assisting Dr. Forte in all types of procedures. From fillings or whitening to implants and bonding, Debbie is essential to the smooth operation of our office. She welcomes each patient and is knowledgeable in simple and complex dental procedures. She is happy to answer any questions you may have and looks forward to making sure your dental experience is a good one.
Despite moving 30 miles away we still trek to his office for our dental needs. When you find a great dentist you don't let a few miles keep you from going back. Dr. Forte is professional, honest, skilled and friendly. His staff is also wonderful!

Called twice and both times the woman that answered the phone hung up on me after I asked for the available appointments. Not the first time we have gone to this office and the previous times everyone was always very professional.

Best dentist and dental hygienists I've gone to in my life, and I've lived in many states and cities! Highly recommend and I will keep coming back as long as I can. Very approachable, kind, concerned, and caring. Will listen and address your needs and are VERY gentle which I appreciate. Great quality cleanings and procedures. Also great for special needs or even emergencies.

Dr. Forte is an amazing, high-quality dentist who cares not only about his patient's dental health, but also their overall mental and physical health. For this reason, I refer my patients only to him. His staff also is high-quality, professional, genuine, and caring. Consistently I hear that Dr. Forte's patients experience minimal pain, and overall have an excellent experience because Dr. Forte and his staff have the best "chairside manner" in the buisness. You will leave feeling that they care about you as a person, not just a patient.

Dr. Forte and Staff deserve 10 stars. I have been a patient for over 20 years, and he has seen me, my children and now my grandchildren. I knew it was important that my family see only the very best dentist so that they would have a wonderful experience and continue to have exceptional dental care. My children, now adults, looked forward to their appointments and so do my grandchildren. He puts everyone at ease which is crucial. He is gentle and sees each patient as a person, not just a set of teeth. His quality of dentistry is unsurpassed. He is honest and recommends only the finest treatment plans. He explains everything and gives each patient the opportunity to see the "why" in everything he does. His staff is amazing. You are recognized and treated like family. I myself have had so many compliments regarding my smile and it is because I have the most dedicated, and talented dentist. He's an artist when it comes to beautiful teeth, more than that, he's a really kind and gentle dentist who cares about you.

I've been seeing Dr. Forte for over 20 years and he is one of the best! Even after moving away from Brookfield and trying other dentists closer to home I still come back to see Dr. Forte. He listens to your concerns and addresses everything in ways that are easy to understand. He is efficient and always makes sure you aren't in any discomfort. The office staff is accommodating and the facility is lovely. Don't be fooled by the plain building exterior, everything and everyone on the inside is fantastic.

I was recently visiting my family from out of town and while eating out I broke a tooth. Of course this was a Friday afternoon. My family recommended that I call Dr. Forte. I called the office and the receptionist got me in the next morning. I had excellent results and no pain. The office staff are so nice and funny and Dr. Forte is so gentle and put me at ease quickly. I highly recommend this office!
