Dr. Chris Chakmakjian was born in Dallas, TX, and he got hisBachelor of Sciencein Biology from Baylor University in Waco, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. He worked in Richardson for 6 years, and has now had his practice in Rockwall for 12 years. He enjoys spending time with hisfamily,working out, playing all sports, playing the piano and singing, and traveling.

Rating this practice a negative 1 solely based off the office manager / phone personnel. VERY VERY RUDE. The next time someone ask to speak with the doctor directly, she should handle the call more professionally than she did. Your staff is a reflection of YOU. The doctor need to train his staff on proper phone etiquette, For this reason, I immediately closed his file and will NEVER engage or conduct business with this office. Such a shame we called for an exciting opportunity for THE DOCTOR, not his office manager or receptionist whatever role she play. He definitely need to have a conversation with his front desk because they can really hurt his business based on their hospitality- DO BETTER!

Absolutely terrible! Over charges with my awesome Insurance- even Delta Dental said he wasn't supposed to charge what he did! He charged over what he is contracted with DD for! He also want good with my 8 yr old daughter! Got my $208 back that he overcharged me, but will never go back? & Yes I gave them insurance before hand & have used my ins. For about 8 years now & Never was overcharged ever like I was here! Only posting to save someone else the grief/major stress! So wrong!!!

Dr. Chris and his staff are amazing!!! They make each cleaning or ortho visit relaxing but also make you feel so welcome!! Angie, the Office Manager, always greets my family with a smile and works around our busy family's schedules!! Call them!! He's one of the originals in town!!

Have you ever looked forward to visiting a Dentist's office? Me neither until now. Angie at the front desk is simply amazing and takes the time to get to know you personally!! Dr. Chris is a true professional!!! Every member of the staff here goes out of their way to make you feel like family. We appreciate that we leave feeling that we were not just another patient for Dr. Chris.
