Great place for all you dental needs. I've gone to Dr. Mott over 10 year. He accommodate me in on emergency situations. I went to Dr. Mott for over 22 years. He is a great person and dentist. His staff of Hygienists is extremely gentle and sweet. They are the best Dentist, Hygienists, and Receptionists/Billing folks that exist. Trust me on this. If Diane would give me a working email address I will send pics of Colin!!!

If you are MILITARY DO NOT GO here! Great people and service, but you will be BILLED! They are not in-network. Despite me calling to ask if they accept tricare before I took my kids for routine check ups, I received a big bill. United Concordia said they should've told me they weren't "in network." Steer clear and find an in-network provider to avoid paying out of pocket. Never in 20 years have I paid a bill for dental.

Best dental office in Shreveport. I have always had exceptional service from Dr. Mott and the staff. I h ave had root canals, crowns, and much more and every time Dr Mott has completely taken the best care of it all.

Chris Mott and his excellent staff make a trip to the Dentist surprisingly pleasant. After Dr Mott explains a procedure, large or small, there is no apprehension remaining. He keeps himself and his office up to speed with the latest technology. On top of all that, Chris and his staff make you feel like family.
