Dr. Jessica Rubin grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland and graduated from the Honors and Gemstone programs at the University of Maryland, College Park, Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in History. She was awarded a Recruitment Scholarship and a State Senatorial Scholarship to the University of Maryland Dental School, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2005. Following dental school, Dr. Jessica completed a residency in general dentistry at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and a pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Maryland Dental School. In addition to private practice, Dr. Jessica is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center and served for five years as an attending in the Department of Dentistry at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Chi-Lan Pham grew up in Northern Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Virginia. She comes from a family of dentists and followed the path of her father, uncle, and brother to Howard University College of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Dr. Pham completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry while simultaneously earning a Master of Science in Oral Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago and publishing her thesis research. Following her post-graduate training, Dr. Pham entered private practice while serving at a local community health center in Chicago.
