Dr Guerrero saved my son's tooth! It is important to do the orthodontic work with a responsive doctor like Dr Guerrero. My son lost one of his baby teeth during phase one work at another place and the previous orthodontist did not successfully keep the space. At the end there is no space for the permanent teeth to come out and the middle line shifted significantly. The previous doctor just wanted to do an easy work for himself and asked me to remove the adult teeth that was blocked as well as the symmetric one at the other side ( which was ridiculous since my son was already having an overbite tendency and the proposal would only make it worse) We came to Dr Guerrero for her suggestions. She carefully did the measurements and made the plan to save my son's tooth. It took a long time and a lot of effort to re-create space, shift the middle line, and align the tooth. We eventually made it! We wish we stared with Dr Guerrero at the beginning, so we don't need to go through the painful process. My son could have a much happier experience in his earlier teenage.

The orthodontist people are very rough. It will make your mouth hurt if you are getting braces from my experience. However, Cheryl is good orthodontist.

Dr. Guerrero is not only a fabulous orthodontist with a superb bedside manner, but she is an artist as well who considers how facial features will be affected by different approaches to treatment. She did my son's phase 1 treatment and I am thrilled with the outcome of his smile at this stage. She corrected his palate with an expander and straightened his teeth with braces. His work was completed in less than a year. Each visit was pleasant and her office is always beautifully decorated for the season. I would highly recommend Dr. Guerrero! Her intake staff member was also a pleasure to work with and made us feel comfortable from the beginning.

I consulted few other orthodontists before seeing Dr. Cheryl Guerrero. She took her time to explain to me the different approaches that can help correct me teeth. She offered the most efficient way and the least bothering way that might take longer. I picked the most efficient way of using the traditional arch wires. Over the course of it, the staff and Dr is always very nice and explains to me what's next, so I understand which phase i'm in. Sometimes I just walked in to have my pokey wire fixed and they always accommodated me even though i knew that i should've made an appointment because they might actually be busy. Toward the end, I had some concerns about the certain way my front teeth look at a certain angle, Dr took the extra time to explain it to me what's going on and what we can do about it. I know she've done the best for me. Now I'm done and wearing my retainer for 6 more months! Thanks Dr!

Highly recommended, Dr. Cheryl and all medical personnel here are very helpful, they also willing to listen to patient's need and offer timely help, After service is awesome, kid has been with them 3 years ago and still keep coming back for rechecking and follow up, they make kid feel they are in a warm friendly environment, somehow like you big sis home. Reasonable fees and sometimes they went extra miles by providing extra free visits and adjustments

My son is going in for his second round of braces and I can already see that My Smile Ortho is better than his previous orthodontist. They have been more thorough with explaining the procedure and what to expect. I feel confident that this time around the experience will be better.
