Dear Patient,We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. The last few months have brought many challenges for all of us, and I believe we are looking forward to resuming our normal routines. While this viral pandemic has for many, put us out of our jobs and cut us off from activities we are accustomed to, it has also created an awareness of what is most important to us all. For us here in your dental practice, we have a continued commitment to the health and safety of our patients and staff.Infection control has always been a top priority for the patients we serve, and we hope you have witnessed this during your visits to our office. Even so, you will notice some changes upon your next dental visit as we seek to maintain high standards of care. The American Dental Association (ADA), the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) set standards and recommendations in infection control. As always, we follow the recommendations of these agencies to keep current on guidelines. We want our patients to know that when you see changes in patient flow or a different routine than you are accustomed to, it is for your comfort and safety. We thank you for your patience as we all get used to a new normal.
