Horrible horrible man. They way he treated my nephew was just revolting. He has autism and very bad anxiety. Trying to force him to lay down while he is having an episode or talking to his grandparents about him was wildly inappropriate. This denistry should be looked into.

My child will never go back. Dr. Connor and his hygienist were completely unprofessional and are completely lacking compassion. My son is autistic and has trouble with new settings. Instead of making him comfortable and trying to work with him, Dr. Connor thought it would be better to belittle him and make fun of him. If your child is special needs or has anxiety, PLEASE take them somewhere else.

Do not take any small children here. I personally know someone who has a young autistic child. Small children can be very afraid of new experiences anyways, but add autism in and it is terrifying. Children need loving, patient, kind caregivers to help them adjust to new environments, particularly when they have autism. The staff laughed at this child. Held the child down. Told the grandparents to calm him down or watch him dance. Absolutely DISGUSTING. No matter how bad your day is, how frustrated you are, you should NEVER treat a child that way. Now I am sure the child left there even more terrified of new experiences. They had the opportunity to show kindness and patience and help an autistic child adjust to seeing a dentist, and instead have probably traumatized him.

I've been going here for years both for dental checkups and orthodontic appointments for my braces and retainers. It's been good service for all of my visits, and while there have been long wait times in the past, they seem to be getting better recently.

My 3 children now ages 23, 20, and 13 have been going to Dr. Conner for 20 years. He has literally watched all 3 of my kids grow up. He is an amazing dentist and I think we won the dentist lottery choosing his practice so many years ago. I highly recommend him and his amazing team! Thank you Dr. Conner for taking such excellent care of my children's teeth!!!

Worst experience for my kids and I there is never anyone at the front to greet you or answer question. My 4 year old needed a procedure done, the dentist explained the procedure and when it was done it looked nothing like what he had explained. No one openly gave us information about why until we prayed it out of them. Apparently the procedure failed because my kid moved to much so they did something else which looked horrible! On top of that no one was going to tell us. After calling an complaining about it and getting the whole story they agreed to redo it but this time prescribed her a narcotic to calm her down so we followed the instructions and brought her in high as a kite but they did not bring her in for 45 minutes and by then she has coherent! To add to it they had issues again and did not fully remove all of the material of the first attempt and did an even worse job. Now she has a tooth that is lumpy and looks like white out. The whole reason was to cover a dead dark tooth to match and now it is bright and still no where close to matching. They said they redo it but sorry fool me once same on you fool me twice shame on me. Terrible and the dentist is arrogant.
