Terrible bedside manner. On top of that, he charged my insurance for a porcelain crown and all he did was a 5 minute exam. I will be reporting this to waste, fraud & abuse.

My Mom received the WORST experience with Mr. Shultz. His demeanor is very coarse and insulting. She was a patient for many years and he ripped her a new one. He's lucky I wasn't there. VERY,VERY NOT RECOMMENDED. I didn't want to give a , but I can't leave a message without.

I truly like Dr. Charles Schultz; however, his staff needs to be replaced because it is truly doing him a disservice. I made a cleaning appointment 6 months out from the last appointment; however, my appointment happened to be during the Falcon heavy launch. I never called to cancel or said I would not be there. I received a call which I did not have service on my cell and was left a voice message which I did not receive until after I got home. I fought through traffic before the launch to get there and had to fight through it to get home on this day when I could have avoided this area all together. When I walked in the receptionist put her finger to her mouth to shhh me because she was on the phone. I am in my late 30's so I know by now when to be quiet. So while she was on the phone I went outside to watch the launch. She walked outside and asked what I was there for. I told her I was there for my cleaning appointment. She told me the dental hygienist left at 12:15PM to go home for the day and cancelled all of her appointments. My appointment was at 3:45PM. I had no idea it was cancelled since no one actually spoke to me. I was beyond upset and wanted to switch to another dentist. Later in the evening Dr. Schultz called and apologized to me personally and stated he has asked his girls to make sure they actually speak to the person before cancelling the appointment. He said we owe you one and let me know what I can do to help you. He even stated he would have the hygienist call me to apologize and I said no. A week or so later the dental hygienist called me and apologized. She asked me when I could come in and I stated I couldn't anytime soon. I have a very busy life and it is hard to make appointments so I waited until things slowed down and decided to finally make a dentist appointment again this past Friday, 5/11/2018. The two options I was given interfered with my work schedule during times I could not leave work. I asked the lady on the phone if she could speak to Dr. Schultz for me and I was the one whose appointment was cancelled during the Falcon heavy launch. She literally said sure, okay. I asked if she had my number and she said yes. I never received a call back from their office. It is hard to find a good dentist and it is very hard these days to find good service where people actually care about their customers. I have never had an issue like this at any medical office scheduling appointments and I am beyond frustrated at this point. I will be looking for a new dentist and I hope the next one has better customer service and no scheduling issues.

We love Dr. Schultz's office. The front staff is very sweet, our DA is friendly, and Dr. Schultz is awesome. Our dental assistant does a great job cleaning our teeth and is so patient with our daughter. When she was 3 they had her come in with me to experience what a cleaning was all about. She had her first cleaning 6 months later and did great! Everyone was very patient with her. She developed a cavity in her molar and they did a great job filling it in. My husband was told by another dentist he would need $1700+++ in dental work. We went to Dr Schultz and all he really needed to do was change out a filling. I like that his treatments are always conservative and never felt that we were being pushed for more work then we needed. He has a therapy dog, SAGE in the office who keeps the kids and myself at ease. I love this practice and highly recommend them to anyone!
