I have been with this dental office for YEARS and I must say the new front desk clerk Rita has been by far the rudest. Dr Johnson has yet to return any calls or respond to my concerns. The clerk lacks empathy and professionalism, she will disregard you and any concerns you have, all she looks at is numbers. She will point out your call outs and how many times you reschedule but won't talk about when the doctor had to reschedule you. She accused me of having work done and the work was never done, let alone she took money from me and couldn't explain to me why and what it was for. Me and my son are seeking services elsewhere.

Not bad, Dr. Johnson did a great job. The front desk clerk is ruled, sprayed so much Lysol that I almost choked and I detected she had a disrespectful attitude to her staff. Hard headed.

Horrible job they did they broke one of my teeth while extracting another when I was done my lip was busted and bleeding for more than 3 hours do not go to Dr Charles johnson also equipment is out dates looks like one of the old movie dentist office

He left a piece of tooth in my gum. After 3 years its now trying to come out. CAUTION!!!!

I've been coming here for quite some time now. I love the environment and professionalism in the work place. They're not there to just do there job, but also there building great relationships with there clients. My mother and father have been coming for years!! Would highly recommend anyone for that great smile and service!!
