My family and I moved back to Kingsport and started seeing Guest. Within a few visits we had more issues than we ever had over years of visits with other dentists. My daughter was recommended to have braces with a spacer...he never even inspected her mouth. I went for a second opinion. The 2nd doctor was shocked when he saw my daughters X-ray. Her palate had not even closed. He said he had never observed that before, and that if a spacer was put in, it would have caused horrible problems for her. My second daughter was in Kindergarten and needed a small filling. The younger doctor Guest came in and just started sticking a needle in her mouth and she had not even been given numbing gel before. But he didn't ask any questions the assistant didn't say anything and he had started injecting her before I could even speak up to tell him. When I told him that they forgot to numb her with the gel first, he brushed it off and said well it doesn't matter now. The older Dr. Guest actually pushed my daughter back down to the. Hair when she was choking. The nurse had not been suctioning her at all, and she was getting choked. I told him to never push her down if she sitting out because she's not afraid of the dentist or any procedures and that must mean there's something wrong. And there was. I can't believe that he would push a five-year-old down to the chair without trying to figure out what was wrong. That was the last visit I ever took her to at that office. I went there for a chipped tooth and he recommended a crown, which he did. Now that I have gone to another dentist who actually knows what they're doing, everything done at guests office has to be redone. Two other people in my family have had dental work there that has had to be redone multiple times and they now have also switched from guest office. I suggest you go here at your own risk. If they actually cared about patients they would take more time and ensure that their work was quality.

Absolutely love this office!!! TThe Doctors and staff are wonderful humans. If all doctor's offices were like this one the world would be a better place for it. I've been seen by all the Dentists in this office and they're all great. I normally see Dr Chet, but in an emergency they'll gladly work you in with one of the other Doc's if your Dr isn't available. #Awesome!!!

This dentist office will do anything to beat you out of money! Make sure you verify that the dentist that is working on you is in the PPO of your dental insurance. They got a friend for over 2300.00 , when she received the EOB from her insurance company she knew she over paid by 2300.00, after several calls to the dentist office they kept saying that's a lot of money to refund. Really? That's not your money!!! She was called ten days ago and was told they would be mailing out her a check, ten days later still no check... come to find out only the father of the dental office is part of the PPO, she should had been told this upfront before someone else ( dr guests daughter) did the dental work. I will never be back at this dentist and I will tell everyone I know that this office does not practice honesty by finding loopholes on how to cheat hard working people! Shame on you!

Once you step foot in the front door you are welcomed with a smile by a staff member. I will not go any where else but to see Dr. Meaghan and Lindsey. I can talk to both about anything. Very professional and knowledgeable with my care. I referred a family which can agree with the superior care. I'm so blessed to call them my dentist.

I've been to quite a few dentists over the years , as I used to work for a cruise line and I must say Dr Guest is so compassionate and awesome at what he does. Dr Chet understands my anxiety with dental work and my TMJ ! He told me for some time that due to my bite , I would bite through my front teeth and I did! As unfortunate as that is, thanks to Dr Chet, I have a beautiful brand new smile which I receive many compliments!!! I drive an hour to see him and his wonderful staff, but they are worth it! Thanks so much for the smile of a lifetime !!

My wife's family has been going to the Dr.'s Guest for years and been very happy with the care they received. I transferred my care there several years ago and have never regretted that decision. Everyone is always polite, friendly and they all show a true sense of caring. I have been seen by all of three Dr.'s Guest for care along the way and would recommend them all to anyone looking for a dentist!!

After years of terrible dental experiences, I found the Guest's office. I've had a lot of dental work done and never been happier with the service I've received. The staff is professional, yet personable, and put my nerves at ease every time. I' can't say enough good things about this dental team.
